Have bought the Melitta Purista. What a waste of money. It is now my second machine that has broken within the span of 3 years. Customer service completely useless and refuses to take responsibility even though it is the second machine that breaks.

Got my aromaboy filter coffee maker today, it’s perfect for me, just enough for one cup of coffee, no waste as with bigger jugs, small and compact. If your a big coffee drinker this little machine, probably isn’t for you, but for people like me who like to have just one or two mugs it’s perfect

Good experience with service and delivery but prices have increased significantly since I last purchased in 2024 (£2.99 per 80 filters v £1.49 = 200% inflation)

Easy process, quick and free delivery

Easy to order on the site , we could have got it a bit cheaper elsewhere but having got our old one direct from Melitta we decided go with them .
We have used it today for the first time and it is as good as the previous model just with some modernisation great coffee and a stylish machine .

After initially experiencing a fault, I was provided with an extensive list of troubleshooting steps to follow. These steps were time-consuming and involved additional costs, including descaling products and wasted coffee beans, yet they failed to resolve the issue. I was then required to return the machine to the manufacturer for repair, which caused further inconvenience due to the time taken for collection and return.
Although the machine was returned as “repaired,” the same fault has now reoccurred. Once again, I have been asked to repeat the same troubleshooting steps, which are both costly and ineffective. Despite this, I have been advised that the machine will not be replaced and must instead be sent away for repair a second time.
Given that this is a relatively expensive product (approximately £700), I would have expected a far higher standard of reliability and aftercare. The repeated failure of the machine, coupled with the inconvenience and expense I have incurred, leads me to conclude that it is not fit for purpose.

I’m disappointed with the volume capacity of this product
I’ve filled the jug to 4 large on the measure and actually got 2 average mugs
The filter is also very small
I preferred the look perfection I had for three years

The item was easy to order, delivery information was good and order arrived in a couple of days

I ordered 2 packets of descaler. Both boxes were squashed due to inadequate packaging protection.

This consignment has not yet been delivered. It is scheduled for later this afternoon. The delivery company DPD claimed that they could not deliver on 07 June 2029. However, Amazon and Royal Mail were able to deliver their parcels to me on that same day!
