Good coffee but bad machines
Good coffee, but not so good coffee machines!
I bought a Melitta bean to cup coffee machine, that did not last more than 30 months, so after the end of warranty date (24 months). To get it fixed, I needed to contact their partner, pay for the shipment of the machine, pay for labour (unknown needed time obviously) and for the machine to get shipped back. In the end, it was cheaper to buy a new one with their competitor.
However, their coffee was quite good! I still order it from time to time as they have a strong coffee that I like

Essential filter in hard water area
These filters reduce the effect of limescale on your machine, so, living in a hard water area they are a slightly expensive essential necessity.

I have tried Melitta coffee for the first time and i must say its a fantastic product and if you can grab it when on offer you wont be dissapointed

2 different Melitas faulty within 3 years. Avoid.
I have a faulty item in warranty which it seems they make it impossible to be collected and looked at it. Never buying a Melitta coffee machine ever again after this one is the 2nd one that got faulty in the past 3 years. Avoid at all cost. They might be slightly cheaper but for a good reason.

Very disappointing
I decided to order items but only half of actually arrived.
The coffee I did receive was not to my liking at all and not very good quality as was described on the website. Total waste of money and ended up in the bin.
