It is a very good expierence for the test. The lady who did the blood extraction is very polite and the progress is also very fast.

I did not get my test result from…
I did not get my test result from Melio/Unilab, so i missed my flight. I lost 700-800 € cause of them, flight Åre booked hotel and so on. So i do NOT recomend Melio or Unilab.
I called and message Melio at 11:00 AM, more then 4 hours before my flight 14:25, but No answer until 18:30 the same evening. Then they wrote that i had to log in to melio.es, that was 4 hours after my flight took off though.
The LAST thing i asked the nurse at UNILAB who Did the PCR test on me was,,,
Do I get the answer via e-mail?
The nurse answered, YES from Melio.
I did not get any other info about how to get the result for PCR test.

The results of the test you did on Friday 21 were already uploaded on your Melio account on Saturday the 22nd (one day earlier than the expected delivery date Monday 24 since you bought a 48h PCR). Uploading the results to your personal space in melio.es is the standard process and is the safest way to do it and protect your information.
We received your email on Sunday and you got a response on the same day.
We hope you understand, your opinion is valuable to us, but we also want to highlight the fact that we take our lead times very seriously and work 24x7 to deliver best in class customer support.

Do not take PCR tests here….
If you want to safe some peace of mind I really do not recommend to take PCR Test for traveling here. Confirmation email I Supposed to get never arrived….( we needed it to make appointment at the labaratory). All communication in Spanish even though I bought test via English version website…. Hours calling them to sort things out… what a mess….

We are really sorry that you had a bad experience. We always send the purchase confirmation email, as it is an automated process. It may have ended in your spam folder, or maybe you typed your email wrong. Anyway, you can always find your purchase code in "My purchases" section of your Melio account.
Regarding the language, we are working to make all our communications both in English and Spanish, however, we have English speaker CS agents to help in case you need assistance.

Efficient process and great price! I used Melio to get my PRC to travel from Spain to Germany. The progress was very clear and efficient from the start. We got all ready in less than 48hr. the fact that you can get everything electronically on your phone makes it way more convenient. Great tool and service!
