I live in Australia and I’ve been trying to make a return for over a week with no response. I’ve been calling the nominated phone number they provide and I’ve been emailing them with complaints. I’m so frustrated! I ordered items in various sizes for my sons to try with the assurance that I’d be able to return the unwanted sizes. I’m so angry with this company. Easy to order but impossible to return.

So I ordered a pink moncler coat to the uk on Sunday night. It said 2/3 days for delivery yet it took 4 days and arrived today, Thursday. The brightness of the colour is completely different to in person and for that reason I’m sending it back. I have all the documents printed out and you HAVE TO use their return courier ( doesn’t give you the otherwise option) for £9. It initially said confirmed and gave me a 5 digit confirmation number for the courier to return the item on the day we set however we’ve had no email or been charged. We are in the dark because we don’t know what’s going on, will the price be deducted on the refund? It’s been so much hassle paying the expenses for it to be delivered / returned that when we get the refund, I am reluctant towards ordering from here now . If free delivery over £200 is on, maybe I will but does that exclude moncler coats? Because your false information on the 10% discount definitely didn’t apply to moncler coats!

After reading all the reviews i wasn’t sure if i wanted to purchase from here but it looked like a great and legit website, so i decided to purchase a Moncler Coat from here! Bought on Saturday and was shipped Monday. Arrived 2-3 days later on Thursday! Came wrapped up perfectly in tissue paper with free stickers all all tags and paperwork. Was very impressed and will definitely purchase from here again!!

I don't understand how there are so many bad reviews. Some people need to give their heads a wobble. The parcel arrived from France in 26 hours, I live in Blackpool.
It was sealed in a box and wrapped in tissue paper. Correct size. Absolutely no issues and the coat is fantastic.
Would order again and recommend to anyone.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they have sent me the wrong size. I have contacted them several times through their website with zero response.
The 28 days has now passed for return policy and I still have not heard from them.
Worst company to deal with as I’m in Australia and the time difference is a nightmare. Would not recommend.

Parcel arrived late even though I paid extra extra for faster delivery. They do not reply to emails but apparently they do reply on here! Will not order from them again because of poor service.

The service couldn't have been better. My order had shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Arrived within 3 days from Europe to Australia. Packed impeccably in a box with tissue paper - as good as gift wrapping imo. I used trust pilot to review Melijoe before I purchased. Despite some really negative reviews, I thought I'd give It a go. Since it was such a good service, I thought I should put a good review on the record.
Will definitely use Melijoe again.

Expensive Moncler coats arrived stuffed in a DHL box in no packaging or protective covering. Appalling presentation to open a box and find the coats not even packaged. Message sent to Melijoe about this but no reply.

I had a good experience with this website. Shipping to Australia was really quick and relatively cheap considering it was express coming from europe. They also refunded quickly when one of my orders was cancelled. However, my only criticism is that their international help phone number doesn’t work (or I was using it wrong). But the social media manager answered me very quickly and they were super helpful.

£8 delivery to the Uk is the most I’ve ever paid for delivery from the main designer kids on line stores. Even next day delivery is usually cheaper! Took over a week for my items to arrive. Returns was tricky was a hassle and I had to pay the postage back to France! The returns label doesn’t cover postage! Why would anyone in the Uk shop with this company I don’t know. It was my first and last time. Good range of Monnalisa however for the girls! So for that I’ll give 2 stars instead of 1.

I have ordered multiple time with Melijoe and was lucky to have people visiting and be home when the packages arrived. This time, as we both work, we have two missed attempts from DHL and I cant wave the signature. I called Melijoe and they said its fair to offer three delivery attempts. Do working parents not buy from this store??? I asked them to wave the signature, they said I have to call DHL. I did that and DHL told me that they cant as Melijoe made it impossible for them to wave signature. The other option I have is have it held at a DHL location, 45miles away, or change the delivery date, not helping as they "dont work in the weekend". Or change the address, but I cant ask a friend to not leave the house until DHL delivers as DHL delivers between 8am and 8pm, you dont expect that from a friend.
I am the customer, it is my choice and my risk if I want to wave the signature.
Obviously I am very mad when writing this, as my items will be send back and I will loose the money I paid for shipping, and I really liked the items I bought. So I loose twice... This is just not the way you treat customers that you want to keep. I know I will not buy with them anymore!!!
Also no reply to emails as said in other comments.
Update: it is not delivered with me. I had it rerouted to a Dhl holding locker so I can pick it up. I have not had time as the place closes at 5.30pm it’s far away and not open on Saturday so NO I do not have the items

Update: Melijoe reached out to me and gave me a full refund for my recent purchase - they think the package got lost in the mail service somewhere along the way. Thank you for the service.
I have been a customer of Melijoe for about six years now. Previously, Melijoe had great service, shipping things and answering to requests and questions very quickly. But from about a year ago, the service has deteriorated greatly; there was an issue with my previous order, where the shipment came very late and the box had been damaged and covered with colored water; I inquired to Melijoe to help me contact the appropriate mailing entity and they said they would follow up, but never heard back. Because that experience was so bad, I had distanced myself from the store, but gave it another try to get a gift for my niece. I am still waiting on the order, which I placed on April 29th. I inquired about the shipment since I received a tracking number too, but have not heard back in more than two days. I am at a loss at what to do if the order never comes; over $200 wasted. It is very disappointing given how good the service was before and how good the merchandise is. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from Melijoe anymore.

Terrible service had to return 2 items but my printer wasn’t working so they offered to send me the relevant documents 3 times in the end I asked a freind to do it for me but there was only documents for 1 of the items so called and arranged pick up and explained that there was only documents fir one of the items but eventually it was sent , 3 weeks later !!!! After the parcel has gone the documents turned up with , and to make things worse i have tried to call to ask when I will be getting my refund and their phone line is out of service !!!!?????? Would nit recommend purchasing from melojie

I have only ordered a top for my daughter recently money has left my bank, but I have not had a confirmation email, and now reading the reviews worried will not get the item I ordered, or money back. The DHL admitted they are at fault and Representative from Melijoe keep telling me DHL said delivery was successful. Gave them both reference ID and still no response after two weeks. It’s been almost two months now.
