Melhor is a total rip off

Melhor is a total rip off. Ordered a Tefal fryer +/- R5500 in March. Kept getting promises of delivery. Nothing. PayFast will not refund my money as they no longer deal with them. Total fraudsters.

DISGRACEFUL SERVICE !!

Order 5388 placed and paid via website on 18 March and still no delivery or refund and no reply to emails !!!!! My little boy has waited 4 months for his birthday present.

Horrific Service

Placed an order in March, received an update at the beginning of May that they could not fulfill the order and would provide a refund. 6 weeks later and not answering emails, phones and their website is down. Stay clear from this company.

Melhor disappeared with clients' money?

Ordered on 14 March. Still waiting. Had a few answers on when they will ship at the opening of stage 3 of lockdown but no response since. Does not answer to emails and cell number from Facebook (067 868 5361) goes straight to voicemail. Does not respond when contacted from a different email account to one the order was placed with. The website also down with only a Shopify message and support email address. Looks like these people has disappeared with our money.

Shocking service or complete lack…

Shocking service or complete lack thereof. Took payment 2 weeks ago and have been following up since then only to receive an email from PayPal today with refund. No notification that order cannot be fulfilled. Stay away from this vendor not worth it.

Order Received In Good Order - Excellent Website

I placed an order for drone parts and accessories at Melhor, because I could not find the items anywhere on any other shopping site in South Africa. Following my order I read some reviews and was worried, but Melhor shipped my order (assuming as soon as the stock came in from abroad). All received in good order and as ordered. As web developer I am much impressed with Melhor's website and how the back-office part works. Confirmation emails were received and when the stock arrived I was notified with a neat email. Delivery via Dawn Wing went perfectly and I could track the delivery easily on the Dawn Wing website. A system that works from end to end with very nice web page styling. The order took slightly longer than expected and there are some indicators of how many items are left which **seems** a bit bogus, therefore 4 stars and not 5. Please fix the bogus, it got me worried initially. My compliments to you Melhor!

This is a scam, please don’t buy anything from them. I think everyone that has been taken for a ride should lay charges against them. I am consulting my lawyer. They must be stopped taking money from people.

Please do not use this company. I placed an order and only half it was eventually delivered. I have sent over 15 emails requesting a refund.

No feedback, no communication, no contact number and still waiting for my order, no reply from Melhor.

Does anyone have a contact number for them and do they actually have office in Midrand.

Worst online shopping experience

Still waiting for delivery of an early January paid for order. Phone inoperative. No response to emails. Appears to be a scam. Would be interested to hear if someone had actually found them at their listed premises of 191 Bekker Road, Midrand.
