I decided to order from Melas Beauty rather than one of my usual larger retailers and had such a positive experience. Everything from ordering to delivery was handled really well. My parcel arrived carefully packed and all of the products were in perfect condition. There’s something nice about supporting a smaller business when the service is this good. I’ll definitely be returning for future skincare purchases.

This was my first time ordering from Melas Beauty, and I had a really positive experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I was pleased to find some of the products I wanted.

I selected standard delivery, but my order was upgraded to next-day delivery at no extra cost, which was a lovely surprise. Everything arrived quickly and in great condition. I’m very happy with both the products and the service, and I’ll definitely order again.

I got the Dr Teal's lotion and body wash, and it was really good. Also, the delivery is quite fast and arrived the same day!
