The parcel arrived promptly, with updates to keep me informed. The items, a farewell gift, were required for the following weekend, grateful they arrived timeously 🙏
Our son and daughter-in-law are mariners, the compass design was perfect along with some Alice in Wonderland items.
They have emigrated and this was the perfect light wee gift for them to pop in their hold baggage, to open on arrival. I believe they were both a bit dewy eyed 🥹

Great office staff
There was a problem with my order - I received the wrong products, but the customer service was great. When I 'phoned the office my call was answered immediately, the staff were helpful and the problem was sorted very quickly.

Good product
I had to pay excess postage of £4.75. I emailed you about this and got no reply.
Update: Melamaster got in touch and has given me a £5 refund.
I am now able to review the product which was exactly what we were looking for and of high quality.
