System Failure
I wasn’t able to finish my CV despite having paid for full access. There is a bug or a disfunction of the page that doesn’t let me save my Ausbildung. I tried a thousend times and even tried creating more CVs from scratch and never could. I also sent emails and tried to reach someone for help days ago but no one replied. So I want a total refund.
After sending this review they fixed the problem and the next day I was able to complete my CV and download it, plus they returned my money but it was really difficult and time consuming to make a single page document and the only reason why I insisted on trying is because I have already paid, so honestly I’m not happy with the experience. They supposedly offer an option to check the CV to improve it but that didn’t happen. In my opinion it wasn’t worth it, to pay for something one can do for free in other places. The recommendations and guidance they provide is extremely superficial and practically useless.
