Stop asking for a five star rating from…
Stop asking for a five star rating from the time you sent out the shipping instructions. I have not even recieved confirmation that my boots have arrived properly. Asking for a rating on a product that you have not even supplied undermines the credability of the entire rating system. From what I hear you make great repairs, but I cannot tell. Your CRM-system however seems to have a lot to wish for.

Det är en inställning hos Trustpilot som gör att utskicken skickas sju dagar efter beställning på meindl.se. Detta för att köpupplevelsen skall vara så färsk i minnet som möjligt när man blir ombedd att lämna ett omdöme.
Tyvärr går det inte att sortera/styra dessa mejlutskick beroende på vilken produkt man köpt utan det går ut automatiskt. Har man då som du köpt ett sulkassettbyte, dvs en tjänst, så blir det ju såklart lite olyckligt eftersom du inte får tillbaka dina kängor på ett par veckor.
Vi önskar som sagt vi kunde styra detta men det är alltså något som ligger hos tjänsten Trustpilot.
Hoppas du blir nöjd med dina omsulade kängor när du så småningom får tillbaka dem!
