Consumer Warning – Unresolved Refund After Return
I returned a product to this store more than two months ago, shipping it back to China at my own expense (approximately 50% of the item’s value).
The store has formally confirmed in writing that a refund of CHF 161.91 was processed. However, no reimbursement has been received. My bank has verified that no refund transaction exists, which means the claimed reimbursement cannot be substantiated.
Despite multiple written follow-ups, the store has stopped responding and has failed to provide any bank proof (transaction reference/ARN).
This case is now documented with banks and consumer authorities. I am sharing this publicly so other customers are aware and can make informed decisions.
If the store believes a refund was made, it should be able to prove it immediately with a traceable transaction record.
Timeline, correspondence, and bank confirmations are documented.
