Wonderful cleaning company with outstanding admin support vrew and hardworking and friendly cleaning staff, got my post reno clean done last week and moving in with peace of mind now because everything is tidied up remarkably well, will be getting my weekly cleaning service for my house from MEIDE too, 6 stars thumbs up guys

Not sure why there are some nagative reviews but those seem like self-entitled customers.I gave it a shot,and although not perfect,their team is really dedicated and effeicient,true to their mission!Price is really affordable.Got my same cleaner every weeks now,doing very well.Will certainly get more from them and for my kids too!High recommended for their all in one cleaning services!Great work MEIDE!

(UPDATED 05 AUGUST 2024) Since I wrote this review:
- Meide has blocked my family from all its social media.
- We realized that many of their 5 star reviews on Google were spamming unrelated services, and when we shared our concern, they proceeded to remove our legitimate reviews.
- There are similar unrelated reviews on TrustPilot (e.g. a recent review titled "Job vacancy info are properly described…") which cast doubt on the legitimacy of Meide's reviews.
- If you are a parent looking for childcare, I highly recommend looking elsewhere due to their dodgy sales practices. I would NOT trust this company with my children.
- We have since filed a legal case against Meide, and I suspect many families have had to do so too.

We have filed a police report as we realized that the positive reviews for Meide are fraudulent and that the business is likely a scam. The five star reviews on Google are nonsense and don't reference Meide at all (some reference a restaurant, others a spa).

To parents/families who are seeking Meide services: avoid our mistake and seek help elsewhere.

You are required to pay a $198 non refundable fee, but the agency will quote you a price significantly below what the real rates are for babysitting and helpers. We received a quote that seemed reasonable, and paid the fee only to be told that the rate was much higher than we were quoted.

The agency is refusing to refund, and has cut off communication with us. Their 5 star reviews on Google are suspicious -- if you compare to other agencies, you will notice a trend where Meide's five star reviews rarely have a reason attached, while other agencies will typically give a clear and thorough reason.

Sometimes you get a bad gut feeling about a place, and unfortunately we tried to suppress that when we interacted with Meide. We should have listened to our gut because we have lost money that was intended for our family.

Advice to parents: proceed with caution and demand that the agency waive your fee before you engage with them. In our experience, other agencies charge a % after placement, but Meide was the only agency we contacted which charged us a fee beforehand.

They ask for payment upfront and then the cleaner doesn’t show up. There’s no reply to my request for a refund.
This company is a scam. Beware!

I guess had your cleaner, Miss Shoun, who came to my house for only 3 things, Ironing clothes, Mopping floor and cleaning of stand fans. The result = dusty floors, cleaned but unfixed fans and so called ironed crumpled clothes with not properly hanged pants.

From what I understood, that your helper is not properly trained and was only provided a 3day external training program to be "so-called" qualified.

Moreover when I called and whatsapped them for explaination, they avoided me like a plague. "Totally no response"

Hence for any customers who maybe interested in their service. Please beware!!!👿😠👿😠👿😠

Was told to pay a fee for assessment first and was only told next appointment was 2 weeks later. On day of assessment was told to meet at Commonwealth MRT (to text 30 mins before approval) . Upon reaching was told to walk to a block at Tanglin Halt. Upon reaching, was told to go up to lift lobby level. During the whole conversation, was told to bring a clean set of clothes to change. Why can’t Meide be upfront about how they conduct their assessment ? And why would someone change their clothes in a stranger’s house not knowing if there is a camera. In my opinion this is all too creepy.

Take money and don’t provide service.

Emailed more than 10 times, contacted their boss on their personal number and got blocked.

Very responsive & helpful

Efficient and tries their best to arrange staff down for our cleaning needs! Stuck to the stipulated days well, would definitely recommend for office people! Price affordable as well. Our office is situated very inconveniently, but they managed to find people for us. Thanks!
