The process to buy the SIM card was easy and quick. Even though a consultant said it could take up to seven days for delivery, I received it much sooner. The setup of the SIM was also easy

I opened and logged into whatsapp with my new number, and all the previous person's whatsapp contacts, groups and messages opened. #Notimpressed

The delivery was done very quick, porting was so quick in less that 4 hours and my new sim was working, everything was done via WhatsApp, this is great cause when your sim stops working you can still get messages to say your port was successful and replace your sim now.

Had a few issues. But mostly on my side. At 74 you not so up to speed with these system robots and stuff. But after the Robot went for a break I could finish my 5 installions quickly

Unbelievable customer service. I had an issue getting a sim card to work. The perseverance from the Whatsapp customer support was incredible. So polite and always communicating. They eventually switched me to an esim and I'm now on 55GB non expiring data!
