Order a product, they sent me half of the order.
Questioned why and I was told I would have to make an additional payment to receive the rest of the original order!!

Chinese rip off company, buyer beware!

Editing in to say beware if you order this freestanding u shaped device. The one line of NIR is all you get according to customer service. If you don’t care about the NIR it functions for the other lights but one line is not enough to do what NIR should do as it won’t target the entire area you want to expose. Original post: The light therapy device I purchased is supposed to have NIR. But only one single line of LEDs works which means it doesn’t give broad coverage. Since you can’t see the lights it’s impossible to place them where you want them. You can only see them with a smart phone selfie camera. I took a video to show them. First they told me the lights are not visible and to rest assured they were working. So I showed them the video. Then they tell me not all the leds are Near Infared but are scattered. I pointed out they are in just one row and the device is not designed to work that way. I’ve resent a video hoping it’ll get kicked up to someone allowed to authorize a replacement. I’ve had at least 3 go rounds with emails all refusing to see the issue. If I get a person who can and will help I’ll update this review. But for now I’m not a happy customer. I’ve purchase 4 items from them but I’m not sure I can recommend them because customer service is extremely difficult to get through despite supposed warranties.

I recently reached out to customer service and haven’t heard from them yet. I purchased the LED/red light mask and saw they are now offering the neck one along with the mask. I was hoping to also get that for a small price difference but still waiting on a call or email.

The products release strong toxic smells. I bought the bed/bag with the light therapy. The plastic on the bed is not disclosed if it has bpa, phthalates, etc. It's heated so it's critical they use safe plastic and fabrics. But the company is Chinese, and their standards are not as important as ours in the US. I have not heard from them regarding what is the fabric and plastics used. And can't return this without incurring restocking fees and shipment costs. I will not buy from them again. I will wear a face mask but can't help the body getting toxins from the plastic.

I am very happy with the mat, it is great after a workout or just before bed. The reason I wanted to try red light therapy was I had a knee injury and I actually think it is helping my knee. Customer service was also very responsive to questions.

I recently had knee replacement surgery and my red light therapy has helped my pain management and swelling so much! My husband is also using it on his ankle due to swelling and aching and it has helped him too! love it and highly recommend!

It took some time but this did clear my skin up and works really good on my post acne marks and neck lines. Def would recommend. Customer service is also great.

Love the rechargeable belt, I love that you can do red light therapy anywhere and not worry about it being plugged into an outlet. Customer service is amazing and got back to me right away when I had a shipment oversight. They made things right. Would highly recommend Megelin!

terrible customer service. website description and details of item given to me by customer service were incorrect. I ordered what i was told was a face and neck set. I did not get the neck mask. I have documented the chat with customer service confirming the set was to include the neck mask but they will not stand behind their representation.

It's still early in using the mask but so far so good. It came quick in a great box! Easy to use and it was already charged which was nice!

Megelin red light and near infra-red light products are amazing. We have noticed an increase in energy levels, improved circulation, and skin healing. I would recommend these products. The only improvement would be better product manuals that explain the settings in more detail.

It may be too soon to tell, but my husband believes it is helping his back. He only wishes it had a longer run time on it.

My experience with Megelin brings me pause. I ordered the mat with neck support, received it fairly quickly...from Canada when website says products are American made. I received no instruction manual just a piece of paper thanking me for my order. I connect all items to the mat. To power and nothing. I notified the customer service of the problem and was asked to email a video of how I connected it. The problem is the adapter I received was defective as there is no light that comes on when plugged in. I was repeatedly asked to send step by step video and told I'd receive an answer within 24 hours. I spoke 4 times to customer service and given same response. Kevin with the management team responded saying a replacement controller would be sent, next day another video request with an instructional video attached showing exact procedure I had followed. I responded as the adapter in their video wasn't the same as one I received...no knob on it. After more emails, Calls , videoes , Kevin responded that a replacement is being shipped..FROM CHINA!! I asked about this and am told they maintain a warehouse in California but they didn't have my mat in stock and is being shipped from their main warehouse..China. really. All my thoughts of buying America have gone out the windows. I'm praying replacement..which I'm not sure is a complete package..works and this nightmare is over. I feel I have been put off, put off when a 5th grader can see there is no power!!

Took a bit long in shipping. Strong in glutes, but pad placement could be better placed for all around effect. Wish they offered multiple sizes for different bodies. I’m petite and I’m sure pad placement is different for someone larger.
