I have purchased multiple EMS devices from Megelin. Their devices are cheaply made but most of them seem to work for awhile.
I had bought the EMS shorts and they were great. Gave them to my daughter and bought a pair of the leggings. The leggings were defective from the beginning. Channel 2 kept stopping and reverting back to Level 1. I spent almost 3 months communicating with their customer service about this with no resolution. All they will do is send me new controllers (they have sent me 3) which short out immediately upon attaching them to the defective pants. These are $250 pants that have never worked properly.
Outstanding Customer Service
I was very happy with the outstanding Megelin customer service. I had an issue with several of the LEDs that had stopped working/intermittent, and Megelin immediatly sent out a replacement. I quickly received the new LED boot and everything worked as it should. My hat's off to the people at Megelin. I would highly recommend their products!
Disappointed
When I ordered this mask I hadn't noticed that there were no lights in the area between the nose and upper lip of the mask. That was one wrinkle area that I wanted to target. I have been using this mask for about 3 months, almost daily for 20 minute sessions and have not seen any decrease in the depth of the wrinkles around my mouth or eyes. I almost sent the mask back just before the return date ended but I felt that I needed to give it more time to do its thing. I am disappointed in its performance.

I ordered over a month ago never received they said they sent a replacement didn’t receive I told them the package is not here I filed my claims did everything I was asked still no refund 300.00 dollars down the drain and I put protection on my package this company is just taking peoples money. Customer service was just bs kept telling me it’s getting escalated it’s getting escalated to get an email saying there not going to give me my money back for a product I didn’t receive.
The pants this company offers do not…
The pants this company offers do not have many EMS pads. The picture of Target areas is misleading. The return process is cumbersome and shipping is at your own cost as well as a 20% restocking fee they also require you to send photos etc. do not waste your time and money.

My mask had some wiring issues after about 7 months of use, and I used it quite a bit. I contacted the company and didn't have a receipt because it was a birthday gift from my parents. They were able to look up the order with the purchasers name and delivery address and sent me a replacement right away. I will definitely suggest that you use this product consistently because if you're barely using it, it's most likely going to break after your warranty is up. Get your money's worth!

Have bought both a mask and a lamp
Have bought both a mask and a lamp. Mask broke inside 12 months warranty. Lamo which was outside the warranty (but sent with an international plug so not used very often) broke as well and not replaced under warranty. Definitely not worth the money and given both broke, says something about the quality of the items inside and just outside 12 months

I so want to give a higher score for their excellent customer service, which is great and they certainly adhered to their obligations under Australia Consumer Law, without hesitation. Whilst the product is within warranty "twice" my wife's face mask was replaced free of charge due to becoming faulty. So that part of the experience has been great, but I do need to address the fact that once again, the LED's have failed, which make me believe this is an inferior product. This is now the 4th time I have needed to contact the customer service team with the same issue of failed LED's.... surely this cannot be a coincidence, the laws of average just do not allow for just one person to be suffering the same faulty product.... and I assume anyone reading this, the mask is not failing due to misuse.
The product is now out of warranty and naturally they will not be replacing it a 3rd time, which is totally understandable as the poor company will go broke if this is is happening to others periodically, as I suspect it is.
So the facts are, purchased November 2024, LED's failed and replaced (without question) 2 x times. My wife has 3 x controllers as each replacement had a new controller and they never requested the faulty product returned. Of those 3 x controllers, just one works and 2 are dead. I am going to strip out and see if I can replace the rechargeable batteries, but think about it, if the LED's hadn't failed, the primary component to operate the mask has failed, rendering the product useless.
As I said, cannot fault their warranty process whilst the product is in warranty, but just be warned, if your experience is the same as ours, you will need to budget for a new mask (different brand?) after about 1 year, once the warranty replacements stop arriving.

I was SUPER excited to receive this product. I ordered the shorts. When I took them out of the box I knew immediately they were not going to fit. Girls alert, if you have big thighs, or even curves w a booty, heed caution is all I’m saying because it isn’t a one size fits all. Very disappointed.

I bought the Megelin face and neck mask…
I bought the Megelin face and neck mask in January, and absolutely love it. I use if for aging skin and my teenagers use it for acne. We have all seen improvements in our skin since starting the Megelin masks.
About 6 weeks after receiving the product the Face mask was not charging or turning on anymore, so I reached out to customer service. The customer service team was incredible. They were easy to work with and were able to replace the face mask right away. We are so happy to be using it again! I would highly recommend their products. I am looking forward to purchasing the Red Light Therapy mat as well!

I had a problem with some of the lights…
I had a problem with some of the lights not working after about a month. The very next day after reaching out to customer service, they shipped a replacement out to me. I really appreciated their quick response and being so helpful!
I love their products
I love their products. I am currently using the toning shorts and red light pad. I had a small issue with the red light pad, but customer service was very easy to deal with and resolved my issue. I have seen a ton of improvement from using the toning shorts and would recommend them to anybody who is out there paying for Vella shape or a similar in office treatment… You will save so much money!
The advertisements are great and on… the delivery of the products and the end results
The advertisements are great and on point with how the products work. The only thing I've noticed is the batteries die rather quickly, I purchased the trainer shorts and the belt and the batteries have died after I've used them three times. Other than that, I love the products!

I enjoyed my product and when it malfunctioned a few weeks after purchasing, their customer support team offered to ship me a new one free of charge. I am pleased with the product and the company.
EMS shorts
I bought the glute EMS shorts. Product arrived sooner than I expected- I believe it was 4 or 5 days,, very reasonable.
The shorts fit very comfortably for me, I’m 125 lbs. it does what it says it will do- it makes your muscles flex.
