I placed and paid for an order for a fan shroud, for $173.99. ~$140 for the fan shroud, and ~$30 for shipping. Then they message me asking for another $50 because shipping was more than expected? $80 to ship this from Japan to USA? That is rediculous. Now, they are asking $160 for the fan shroud, and $60 for shipping on their website. I am sure they will make some shoddy excuse of a reply to this review, trying to explain how I don't understand something about their "process". They can say what they want, but the matter of fact is this still happened. I am not the only one who keeps having these issues.

EDIT: Your reply is exactly what I expected, and yet still unacceptable. One reason this is ILLEGAL is because the average person would rather still pay the extra money instead of the effort of cancelling the order, waiting for refund, and buying again from somewhere else at the now-same price. YOU ALSO RAISED THE PRICE OF THE PART ON YOUR WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY AFTER DEMANDING I PAY MORE FOR SHIPPING. Companies can and will take advantage of this, as you have clearly demonstrated. I will not participate and instead share this continued scam of an experience with everyone unless a sincere effort is demonstrated.

The customer service is top tier. I’ve placed multiple orders over the past few months and every order I received an email stating my order was received, in process and shipped.
I have also asked to add to my order some parts I forgot and there was no issue.
The shipping is way way cheaper than other websites and it’s fast. 2-3 days after it’s shipped.
I highly recommend Megazip if you have hard to find parts for your older Japanese made vehicle.

I have been looking for a spare clutch cable for an old yamaha trail bike. I found the cheapest on Megazip!
So I ordered. But made a mistake with my order. I immediately notified Megazip of the situation. Staff was helpful in changing and processing my order.
It took a few days short of two weeks for the item to arrive.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!
I ordered a cable coil for my car, from UAE Warehouse. 1 week in and still no sign of shipping. They contact me saying I need to pay more for shipping because the volumetric weight is over the limit. Ok, let’s pay! ANOTHER week in, they contact me and say they don’t have it in stock in the UAE warehouse and that if I wanted it they could ship it from Japan for 100$ more! Worst experience ever.

First time customer. Delivery from Japan. Worked out very well - correct / genuine Honda parts received within 1 week (6-12 business days promised when ordering, received after 5 business days), great communications, great pricing. Based on my experiences, highly recommended store.

My Lexus parts were exactly as expected—Genuine Toyota parts in original wrappers. Shipping speed from Japan was impressive, but still took a while so plan accordingly. The packaging was traditional Japan: Very neat, taped perfectly, and considerate of its contents. Even with shipping, I still saved a lot of money over buying from the Lexus dealer.

My experience two years

I placed an order for two items from Megazip on May 08, 2025, and was told delivery would take 5–7 days. As of May 22, the tracking information hasn’t updated since May 14 — the package is stuck in Japan with no movement for 10 days.

Despite contacting their support, I was met with vague excuses about customs and shipping delays. They refused to escalate the issue or offer any solution. Instead, they simply repeated that the delay is “normal” and that I must wait even longer.

This is not acceptable, and this level of poor communication and lack of accountability is incredibly unprofessional. I’ve now had to prepare a PayPal dispute to protect myself.

This was my worst and last time ordering from Megazip. Avoid if you value your time and money.

Don't order from them. They never sent me the item and are blaming the shipping company. I'm requesting a refund, but they say they can't process it until the parcel is officially declared lost. Very disappointing.

The first price was ok
But after i did the order and pay for it
After 2 days i got email to add 280 $ (shiping cost was 380$ insted of 100)
I payed but it was not fair

I am impressed with the price and the purchase. In my situation I needed a gas tank for a 2004 Honda Silver wing. To my surprise the were able to locate and ship a brand new tank. Will I come back and offer future purchases. Of course I will. Thank you and happy riding 😊
