Bought a new TV from them, received a used one. Emailed them and they said that nothing to worry about and that is how it started, back and forth emails, kept dragging for months and finally stopped responding. By this time it was already too late to return or take other legal steps as I realized that it isn't worth to deal with such unethical people.

Excellent experience with Megateh. Ordering was quick and easy, communication was clear, and customer service was genuinely kind and helpful throughout the process. I purchased a Dahua DVR, and it arrived all the way to Australia without any issues. Everything was well packaged and exactly as described. We have 5 of their cameras and 1 Hikvision NVR recorder. Had some follow-up questions regarding their products, setup and password reset for 1 of the cameras and everything went smoothly and we got the full set working and can check them from the Hikvision app on the mobile phone.
