I have always had a good experience with megatan and ordered for years. However my most recent order something arrived damaged and despite several emails they haven't responded. I can't use my purchase without this so its a waste of my money!!

So I have ordered from megatan lots of times. Never had a problem until my latest order. Got a screenshot of my order. Payment has been took. No updates to date and this is over 10days ago.
I have messaged loads but no response.
Ricco has always been great in the past so would be grateful for a response

Shopped with these for years.never had problem until now. Bought goods 28/4/.paid for good but haven't received then. Sent loads of messages and emails asking where my good are but i haven't had 1 reply.when I check status order says awaiting payment. Funny how I am still getting email from them about their promotion. I Will not be shopping with these again

Used this company many of times but my latest order was paid for using bank transfer and no communication answered. Order still saying awaiting payment after sending numerous messages on my account and several emails but no reply. Order number 237137. £38 paid no order received. Not happy at all.

Usually a good company. Have use many times with no problem but now after sending the payment my order hasn’t updated (Order #328299). The most annoying part is they do not reply to the on site messages or any emails. Won’t be using this site again.
