I really dont understand the kind of…

I really dont understand the kind of fraud or scam going on in this company. I opened an account and deposited and next I was playing games and by hours later I decided to withdraw the rest money as I lost only for this company to say verification. Verification not asked when or before i put in money or when I was losing some part of the money. Then I proceed and answer series of documents request and gave them 6 days now this people wont let me withdraw saying my request is now under a review after gave all documents what review when I have my moneu there. They just want you to lose all money to them that is the trick. I am filing at the gambling court and also the gaming commission to show all screenrecord and email conversations. And I think we have to publish on national TV and radios and social media for people to avoid this bookmakers.

DAY 10: Megapari support is a "Loop of Incompetence." Still no refund.

UPDATE- APRIL 12 (Day 10): It has now been 10 days since my withdrawal (E-transfer No. 4683531359 ) disappeared. Despite sending a formal complaint, Megapari support just sent me a generic copy-paste email telling me to 'check my spam folder'—something I have told them I’ve done every day for over a week.

They are clearly not reading my messages or looking at the evidence I provided. I have proven my side with videos and PDFs; Megapari has provided ZERO proof that they actually transferred the funds to iCash.One.

At this point, this is an extraordinary failure of service. I am demanding an escalation to senior management. Either prove the transaction was successful or refund my money (withdrawal) immediately. I have stopped all deposits until this is resolved. To any new players: be warned, if your money gets stuck, you will be ignored for 10+ days with nothing but robotic replies.

UPDATE- APRIL 10 (Day 8): It has now been 8 full days and my withdrawal is still missing. My balance is zero, and the funds are stuck somewhere in the middle.

I sent a formal complaint via email to Megapari support over 26 hours ago and have received zero response. Their partner, iCash.One, claims to be 'reviewing' the case, but Megapari has failed to provide any proof that the transaction was even initiated on their end. They refuse to show me the transaction records.

Is this how Megapari treats its loyal, 'Day 1' players? You are allowing your payment partner to hold my funds (or worse, the funds were never sent) while ignoring my emails. I have stopped all deposits until this is resolved. I expect my money (E-transfer No.: 4683531359) to be returned to my account immediately. Professional handling is long overdue.

I made a withdrawal from Megapari on April 3 (Transaction ID: 4683531359) using the iCash.One method because no other options were available that night (local banks or e-wallets such as TNG were not possible). I decided to give this option a try, but I deeply regret it because I have yet to receive my funds.

Despite providing all requested proofs—including PDFs, videos, and screenshots—I am repeatedly asked to resubmit the same information. Each time I contact support, I am assigned a “new” agent who appears unaware of previous communications, forcing me to explain the entire case from scratch.

To date, neither iCash.One nor Megapari support has been able to show me a real transaction record between Megapari and iCash.One. It’s simple logic: if iCash.One had received the money from Megapari, Megapari should have transaction details to prove it. If something went wrong in the transaction between Megapari and iCash.One, Megapari should have refunded my withdrawal by now.

This cycle has continued for nearly a week, with no actual resolution — only repeated requests for proof and robotic replies. I am compelled to post this review because I am forced to use public pressure just to get basic accountability.

The handling of my case demonstrates a lack of professionalism, consistency, and responsibility, and it has caused significant frustration and wasted time.

However, if any Megapari agent is able to appear and resolve my issue immediately, I promise to update this review and revise my score to reflect a more positive experience.

I hope this review encourages Megapari to improve internal coordination and take actual responsibility for customer withdrawals.

I want to share my experience so others don’t go through the same situation.

I made a deposit via bank transfer to MegaPari, but the money was never credited to my account. After that, I spent more than 2 weeks contacting their support, and each time they asked for more documents without solving anything.

Finally, instead of receiving my money, they sent me a “refund” receipt. The problem is:
- The document appears to be modified
- It shows the SAME date as my original deposit
- I NEVER received any refund in my bank account

This is extremely concerning and unprofessional. It feels like they are trying to avoid responsibility instead of actually resolving the issue.

I have all the proof (transfer receipt, conversations, and the document they sent me), and I am now starting a dispute with my bank and preparing to report this case.

❗ Be very careful before depositing money here.

If MegaPari wants to resolve this, I am still waiting for a real refund or for my deposit to be credited

We agreed on a campaign with clear KPIs: 40 FTDs and $2500 in total deposits. I successfully completed these targets and have full proof of performance and communication.

However, after completing the campaign, the team refused to release the payment and introduced a new condition of requiring 25% repeat deposits — something that was never mentioned or agreed upon before.

I requested a withdrawal of 4000 TRY on 28.03.2026 at 22:40. The transaction was marked as “approved”, yet my money has not been paid.

This is completely unacceptable and clearly misleading. Marking a withdrawal as approved without actually sending the funds is nothing but deceptive behavior.

I have received no proper explanation or support regarding this delay. This strongly suggests that the platform is intentionally withholding payments.

If my funds are not transferred immediately, I will escalate this issue by reporting it to all relevant authorities and platforms. I will also continue to warn others publicly about this situation.

Megapari withholding ₹200,888 for over 30 days under endless verification

I am extremely disappointed with Megapari.
My account has been under KYC verification for more than 30 days, and my balance of ₹200,888 is still blocked.
I have already submitted all required documents multiple times, including:
Aadhaar Card
PAN Card
Driving Licence
Selfie with ID
iCash deposit proof
Crypto (Trust Wallet) transaction details
Wallet screenshots and transaction history
Despite full compliance, Megapari continues to:
Ask for repeated documents
Request unclear and irrelevant information
Delay verification without any valid explanation
At one point, they even asked about my relationship with another person, which has no relevance to my account ownership.
This clearly appears to be a deliberate delay tactic to hold user funds.
There is:
No transparency
No timeline
No accountability
My withdrawal remains blocked even after 30+ days.
I have now escalated this issue to:

I am sharing my experience so others understand what to expect when something goes wrong with this operator.

On 8 July 2025, I submitted a clear written request for self-exclusion (“auto exclusión y bloqueo de mi cuenta”), including ID and all required details. This is a standard responsible gambling request that should be implemented immediately.

Instead, Megapari:

• Did NOT block the account
• Allowed continued deposits and gambling for months
• Sent promotions after the request
• Admitted internally that blocking “takes time”

The account remained active for approximately 6 months after the request.

When I later filed a formal complaint (February 2026), the situation got worse:

• No response from legal@ despite multiple emails
• compliance@ does not even exist (emails bounce)
• They repeatedly ask for the same evidence already provided
• They ignore the actual issue and keep redirecting to irrelevant departments
• They pretend the problem is “account closure” (which was already done) instead of addressing the failure of self-exclusion

For months now, their responses follow the same pattern:
deflect, delay, repeat, ignore.

At no point have they provided a substantive response to the actual complaint.

This is not just poor support — it shows:

• No functional complaint handling process
• No accountability
• No respect for responsible gambling obligations

If everything goes well, you may never notice. But if you ever need support or file a serious complaint, be prepared for a complete dead end.

I strongly advise caution when dealing with this operator.

Megapari has stated that no support requests were found prior to 2026. This is factually incorrect.

I have clear written evidence that I requested self-exclusion on 8 July 2025, including my ID and account details, and I also sent follow-up emails in August 2025.

Despite this:

• My account remained active for several months
• Deposits continued to be accepted
• I received promotional communications after my request

The account was only blocked in January 2026, approximately 6 months after the original request.

All of this has already been documented and provided directly to Megapari, including full email correspondence.

Additionally:

• Their legal department has never responded
• Their compliance email address is non-functional
• Their support team repeatedly redirects the case instead of addressing it

The statement that no requests were made before 2026 is simply not accurate.

I am prepared to provide full documentation if required.

Megapari has mastered the "50/50" miracle

I have to applaud the physics department at Megapari. I played a 50/50 game and managed to lose 7 times in a row. In the real world, that’s a 1 in 128 chance, but here, it’s just a Tuesday. Their 'Fair Play' algorithm is so advanced it’s practically psychic it knew exactly how to dodge a win every single time. Truly a 'legit' experience for anyone who wants to see how fast a 50% chance can turn into a 0% reality. I’ll let you guys do the math and judge for yourselves.
I’m sharing my experience so others can judge: 7 bets, 7 losses, all on 50/50 games. The mathematical probability of that happening on a truly fair platform is less than 1%. Megapari claims to be legit, but my balance says otherwise. I didn’t even get a chance to see if their withdrawal system works because their 'random' generator ensured I had nothing left to withdraw. Proceed with extreme caution, or just throw your money in the bin, it’s faster.
