I love the jewelry that Megan made ( Valerie necklace and the silver hoop earrings ) It is beautiful. The only issue I have is the fragile polishing tissue that just torn so easily.

Lovely ring, delivered quickly

I bought the limited edition earrings from Megan. I love the design and the core concept to this design ie “life's beauty lies in the balance between hard work and delightful play” and how elegantly it is designed and articulated as a jewellery. I wish to secure all the pieces of this collection as a set.

The customer service was amazing. I made a wrong purchase, I wanted the gold one but I made the payment without checking the gold option. When I asked Megan on how can I correct this, she immediately replied and made a refund of my order. I purchased the gold one again with a new coupon code to use. The packaging is great and eco friendly. The shipping is fast.

My order was easy to make and came on time. It was simply but beautifully packaged. Despite my order being made late in the busy festive season , it arrived in time for christmas. I like this jewellers story, ethos and beautiful pieces. A pleasure to support this business.

Wonderful service and unique design and quality

The necklace was beautiful. The problem was that the chain was so fine and the packaging didn't keep it apart, that it was in one big knot when it arrived. It took my husband 2 and a half hours with a needle to untangle. That was something that shouldn't happen if the chain was better protected.

I would have given 5 stars except for finding it difficult to close. The link that the clasp hooks into is tiny. I’m going to try to add a slightly larger link to make it easier.
