excellent customer service very nice guy overall

After getting iphone damp on holiday and stopped working took it to 3 other shops including authorised iPhone dealer who all said couldn’t fix my phone a friend recommended Mega Mobiles and they knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it same day
Would 100% recommend this company as gave first class professional service and very fair cost as well

2nd time we have used Mega Mobiles, great friendly service each time, sorted our problems quickly and professionally. The 2nd time they sorted an issue which Apple couldn’t!! genuinely could not recommend them any higher.

I have been using this shop for many years now. Customer service is 10/10. They used genuine parts on my replacement screen not the cheap Chinese copies. I cannot recommend this shop enough. They have been so helpful. I got my phone fixed by them and they done it alot quicker then they said, I also asked them to help with my laptop, they didn't charge me for the original fault I bought it in with and went above and beyond
