Mega is one of my favorites online games to play. They have the best promotions and they make it easy to deposit funds.

Don’t use the bonuses they spam ya with they won’t honor em if ya use more then one in a row but they send ya 2 plus a day. They have no problem taking money but they don’t like paying it when ya win it. Stay away there much better places to play honest ones.

I've played on this platform as a free player for a while now and always liked it, the most part. Today I received an email about their Christmas bonus promotion, no playthrough 250% deposit bonus. Well having never made a deposit or redemption with them, naturally I had questions. So off to live support I go, I ask my general questions about the deposit and bonus, how it works. Then dive a little deeper as the agent informs me if the basic rules and process. Asking questions like, is the money won with bonus funds redeemable or if it was subject to the non redeemable bonus funds category, and the support agent instantly exited chat and closed my reply box, I was confused about why the refusal to allow me to continue on this line of questioning. On to a new live support session, the new agent appologized for the last agent saying it was probably a technical issue, ok fine, sure. This agent explains how the bonus and funds won with this particular bonus worked. Great thank you, so I then proceed to ask about the verification process for redemption, and again she explains there is a $15 AUD deposit for redemption verification, to which I ask if that $15 was applied towards the playable balance for winnings or if it was basically a fee charged to the gamer for the ability to redeem on their website. To which she reply it was not charged to the playable balance and acted as a deposit fee. Once I started to question her deeper about this process she too closed out of chat instantly and locked my reply box. Why are they so adamant about not disclosing to the gamers/customers about their true practices on how to redeem and how their bonuses work why are they hiding the fact that you don't truly get the bonus that it has to be paid back in order to redeem which you have to pay for also. Seems very shady, I will not be playing here anymore, and will definitely never deposit money with them to play. So please heed my advice and question your support before you decide to deposit with this particular site.

I like the fast actions from the live chat team and the constant flow of free chips and the games are pretty cool too but 2 yrs vip3 status due to ALOT of deposits and usage biut the only time I win is off the free chips and the maximum amount they pay you the free chips is $100 on free chips ive got up over 5k in winnings then all of a sudden my money has been taken from the platform yet I can lose a $100 cash deposit in a minute. Very frustrated and will give it one last opportunity to take a win otherwise ill have to leave the platform.

Used a no deposit coupon and they took all my winnings and claimed I need to deposit $15 before I can cash out a Max of $100 this was not in the coupon rules and claim I need to verify my identity by emailing them documents and then in 3 to 5 days it will pay out with crypto??!! This is ridiculous!! Never heard of 3 to 5 days! I had literally $3300 on there they wiped off!! I'm livid

My concern is not about blockchain reversals or accusations of fraud. It is about a withdrawal discrepancy that has not been explained.

I requested a $2,000 USD Bitcoin withdrawal. Mega Medusa states that approximately $1,660 USD was paid. The Terms and Conditions state the withdrawal fee is approximately $40, which does not account for the difference.

Despite multiple requests, I have not received:
• An itemized fee breakdown
• An exchange rate explanation
• A regulator or dispute authority to escalate the issue

I am simply requesting transparency and documentation regarding how the final payout amount was calculated.

I requested a withdrawal of $2000.00 on or around 11/14/25. I waited several days and then inquired about my funds. I was told they were deposited on 11/18. I had no deposit for the $1660.00 (less fees) that they claim were deposited into my bitcoin address. Come to find out the funds were deposited into a bitcoin address that isn’t mine, and has never been mine. I only use a Cash App address, and I always copy and paste the address for redemptions, and use the same address for deposits. After being given the bitcoin address and the block chain info I did some research. The deposit address isn’t a Cash App address, and it’s a “new”personal wallet account. I have made several attempts for this to be looked into further, but it has fallen on deaf ears. I only get “bitcoin can’t be reversed, you provided us with this address” answer. While I know that bitcoin can’t be reversed, I’m not being taken seriously about something suspicious going on. Please explain to me how (or even why) I’d give a foreign address for someone else to receive my winnings? I suppose their seeing it as a scam on my end. It’s unfortunate because I really liked the platform, but I have lost faith in the trustworthiness of the site. I even hate saying that, but I know the issue wasn’t on my end.

I made a deposit of $30.00 at 400%. I ended up making around $2,000.00. My only issue was that after I had played through my coupon; I had to then upload my documents. I must have tried this about 6 to 7 times with no success. Reading through the steps and help.page it advised me to use another photo I.D which I do not have. Coming from New Zealand we do not need to carry a photo I.D that isn't pertaining to a drivers license. So I couldn't upload anything and clear it so I could with draw. That was my only down side.
