Hair came right on time. Ordered it late and was worried about it coming in time and it actually came earlier. Hair came and was everything I wanted. My stylist barely had to do any plucking or bleaching and don’t get me started on how soft the hair is. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some good blonde hair

Worst wig
I bought a wig a few weeks ago due to my alopecia and was really excited after seeing all the positive reviews. Unfortunately, it was absolutely not worth the price.
1. The wig arrived with an unbearable smell that lingered in my bedroom for days.
2. For the price, I expected high quality, but it was far from that. The wig was advertised as a body wave, yet it looked nothing like one—it was honestly the worst wig I’ve ever seen. If I could attach a photo, I would. There was also hair missing from the front, so my own hair was still visible.
I contacted the company by email the same day the wig arrived. I was told it wasn’t their fault, that their wigs are checked before shipping, and that the smell was normal because it’s “real hair” that had been compressed for a few days.
I explained that the wig had arrived that same day and had not been worn, dyed, or altered in any way—I couldn’t even wear it because of the smell and poor quality. Despite this, they sent the exact same response again and continued to blame me. Eventually, I gave up and accepted a partial refund of $70 out of the $129 I paid.
To compare, I bought another wig at the same price from a different company and received it within a week. It was absolutely amazing and confirmed that the smell excuse was not valid.
I do not recommend Megalook—neither for their products nor for their customer service.

Regarding the odor issue, some human hair products may retain a slight processing or packaging smell after being sealed for a long period during transit. However, the “unbearable” smell you described is clearly beyond our acceptable standards, and this is something we take very seriously and will work to improve.
As for the style and quality concerns (the body wave not being obvious and the front appearing sparse), this also does not meet our production standards. Although each wig is inspected before shipping, there is still the possibility of human error, and we take responsibility for that.
We are also very sorry that you felt we were shifting blame during our communication. That was not our intention, and it is clear that our approach did not adequately address your concerns. This is an area where our customer service must improve.
Your order has now been recorded as a key internal case for quality control and customer service training, to help prevent similar issues from happening again.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for this unpleasant experience, and we truly appreciate your valuable feedback, as it is very important for improving our products and services.

Unacceptable Customer Service & Poor Quality Products
This company is extremely unprofessional and not personable at all. I purchased two wigs.
The first order arrived with the wrong hair that I did not order. When I contacted them, they refused to acknowledge their mistake and simply told me to send it back, with no apology or attempt to make it right.
The second wig was even worse — it was sent without a bonnet, tape, clips, hair band, or box. It arrived loose in a plastic bag, appeared used, and had split ends. When I raised concerns, the owner blamed having orders shipped from two warehouses and still never apologized or offered a resolution.
I have spent well over $280 and received poor quality products and even worse customer service. This experience has been completely unacceptable.

SCAM!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM !! They are deleting all the bad reviews on their website !!!! I ordered a 20 inches wig and received a 12 inches wig on the front and rat tail at the back ! They offered me only 40% of refund as I didn’t want to go through a return process as their customer service was already sooo bad I accepted, they ended up issued the refund after 1 MONTH !! The hair was not as advertised. It did not match the pictures on the website in quality. The color of the hair is accurate, but the wig is much thinner. Lots of split ends and frizzy out of the package. I have synthetic wigs with a better quality. Definitely not worth the cost. Don’t believe those instagram promoters!!!! Save your money!! Shipping was extremely fast from China approximately 5 days. The only positive was shipping.

Honestly, I am super impressed with their wigs as someone who has bought something worse at a more ridiculous price from another vendor! Here they give value for your money!! I purchased two and they were lovely. The wig cap made my head look big though but I could still wing it and received compliments. The packaging could be better but who cares.
