Superb Service.
Awesome experience. Service is super fast, secure and affordable. No cloud storage is this minimal and easy to use. They even have rewind option to recover your deleted files from last 30 days to 180+ days or depends on whatever paid account you have. I have recovered the files I accidentally deleted, which is big plus.

MEGA continues to ask me to pay for the PRO plan to return my files, which they themselves have stolen. This is a shameful form of extortion. I am shocked by this company's lack of ethics and integrity. I've never seen this before. Remove your files from this provider urgently. The proof is in this open complaint: Ticket ID: ZVT-546-55279.

The perfect cloud solution
I’ve been using MEGA.nz for a while now, and honestly, it’s been great. The platform is super easy to use, fast, and I really appreciate the focus on privacy and security.
What impressed me the most, though, is their customer support. Every time I’ve reached out with a question or issue, they’ve responded quickly and actually helped — no copy-paste replies, just real, helpful answers. A very convenient online drive
A very convenient online drive. The free plan gives you a whole 20 gigabytes, and I even got an extra 5 gigabytes for signing up. There are no limits on uploading large files at once—I uploaded 4 gigabytes in a single go. Also, the mobile app has a chat with friends. A really cool service. Highly recommend.

MEGA.ZN IS FRAUD
If there is zero star, I would've rated mega zero. Could you imagine that I registered on the so called mega just for a couple of days only to get logged out after transferring all the pictures I have been keeping for decades on their app.
I made a complain and in their response they claimed to have noticed suspicious activities on my account which is a blatant lie )because I have 2 factor authentication on the app) and that I should change my password which I did.
Then I was told that to recover my data, I have to subscribe to their premium package, that only premium package subscriber have access to their data recovery link. Not only that, the recovery is not even guaranteed due to reasons they stated.
I can see through their deceit that this is the method they are using to force people to subscribe to their premium package and also the pictures might be used for other fraudulent activities.
I have decided to give a formal complain to the law enforcement agents in case of any eventuality.
Please DO NOT DOWNLOAD THEIR USELESS APPLICATION IN YOUR OWN INTEREST AS THEY ARE FRAUDSTETS.

We have reviewed your case and these are our findings:
- We first sent an email regarding suspicious login activity in your account in October 2023
- There are several "unknow" sessions showing in your account with different IP addresses from various countries
- On 22/10/2024 your account was locked due to the suspicious logins and no action was taken from your end to remedy this until 18/07/2025
- The data in your account was purged in May 2025
When you opened your account with MEGA you agreed to its Terms of Service including without limitation paragraphs 20 and 38 which respectively specify your obligation to use a secure password and state we may temporarily suspend your account where a pattern of access suggests to us that it may have been compromised.
Furthermore, paragraph 13 of the Terms of Service specifies that we can delete your data if you breach such terms.
And finally, paragraph 76 clarifies MEGA's right to send notices to you via email to the email address you have recorded in your account details.
MEGA has contacted you multiple times regarding your account's situation by email. You should review your spam folder periodically in case any important emails were moved there.

The other day, July 5, I received an email from MEGA informing me that they were giving me another 350GB+S4.
