This site is not reliable. I received counterfeit shoes. The worst thing is that on the product sheet they tell you "beware of counterfeits" and show you how to detect them, and what I receive is precisely one. I politely request a refund, and there is no response by email, nor via the contact form. 25 euros thrown out the window

The glasses are absolute rubbish, very poor quality and I strongly advise you NOT to buy them. I want more than my money back because of thetime this has waisted! I will NEVER buy from you again.

The shoes are very comfortable and well made with a pleasing design. I will order some more. I was offered an extra pair of shoes which is generous, but the offered pair are of a different size to mine, so I will offer them to a friend. Merci seem to be a new company and I wish them well. The delay in the delivery was very long. They may be making the shoes as the orders come in, and that's not a crime, I only would have liked to be informed. I wish them well and will order some more shoes today. The site dies allow me to say that my order dates from the 14th of February. I received the goods on 7th march.

My delivery address is wrong, I wrote 2 emails to correct it, nobody answered and my order has gone. I don't know if it will arrive.

Nice site. A lot of choices, and prices are correct. Customer service is very reactive.
