Very helpful customer service

Unfortunately the company that they matched me with I did not have any 401k in. However I tried the 3 day free trial and I did not cancel in time and was charged for it. I reached out to customer service about the charge and explained to them I was struggling that’s why I was trying to find old 401k money and they refunded me in less than 12 hours! The site is very user friendly, and would be of great benefit for people who do have old 401k’s. I do highly recommend this site.

Nearly impossible to cancel before charged

n every link possible and finally found where I could just email them. So I sent an email but not before. They hit my account with a $39.99 charge and are now refusing to refund it even though it just hit today. I never even benefited from the free service because all of three of the accounts it supposedly found weren't associated with me at all. One of them was for a San Francisco employees retirement group and I've never worked for any company based in San Francisco or have I lived in San Francisco or anything so I even emailed that entity to find out if I had something there just in case and, no, I don't.
