Bad shipping
The statement indicated that the package would be shipped internationally via DHL, but it was dispatched through NL Post instead. Despite placing the order a week ago, it has yet to arrive. When ordering internationally with DHL from others website the package usualy arrived NBD.

In the past we've shipped by DHL to Switzerland but last time there are some issues so we have changed internally our procedure for shipping but we haven't changed this online for Switzerland yet.
