I like ordering from Meels because of their flexibility on multiple delivery times during the week since I can be last minute on ordering from their cut off menu. Even then, there is still great selection. You can also order as many or as little meals per order instead of a set subscription. Also really like that it isn’t a set subscription I have to sign up for. Knocked off one star because the servings are kind of small and I’m still hungry afterwards. I guess it’s healthy and will be good for people trying to eat smaller portions? I just like the convenience.

I have a very busy schedule and always ended up ordering Uber or picking up fast food these meals have helped me so much. Very practical, healthy.

Consistently delicious, consistently top-notch service, consistently positive delivery experience. Hands-down my favourite meal delivery service. Everything is nutritious and they're super transparent about the ingredients. They're also really good about accommodating allergies and medical diets. I recommend them to everyone!

Finding healthy options is already challenging; finding healthy options that taste good is very hard. I'm very happy with Meels and will continue ordering.

Food tastes delicious and well packed. I love the convenience of it - everything is cooked. Unlike food box deliveries, I don't need to fuss about with chopping and cooking. It's also a much healthier and cheaper option than ordering from food delivery apps. Food is all well seasoned. Not too salty - which a lot of the takeout places tend to be. And you can choose the sides based on your preference or dietary needs which is great! I love that they also include nutritional information for each meal. Helps me choose breakfast and snack options with lower sugar content since I'm not a fan of overly sweet food.

I've been ordering for three weeks in a row so far and these Meels are incredibly delicious and nutritious! Really appreciate the Paleo friendly options and the way the company has broken down macros and nutrition info online and on the packaging itself. Beautiful clean branding. Responsive customer service.

Meels is the most convenient, healthy meal prep service that also tastes great. I’ve tried many services in the downtown Toronto area and Meels stood out because the food actually tasted great. It makes eating healthy simple and easy and I actually look forward the meals. Highly recommend!

A wide variety of options are available for people with all kinds of dietary restrictions. The service has been great in terms of delivery times, delivery updates, packaging and customer service (phone and email). My only complaint is the ordering process I find sometime confusing and discounts aren't applied correctly.

The meals are filling, with an impressive ingredient list comprised of food I recognize. I've enjoyed my meals and am using the service during a hospital stay - enjoyable, healthful food has been a great relief. I also appreciate the consistent communication: they let me know when my order is arriving, when it's been dropped off, and that my bag and ice pack have been picked up for refund. And I appreciate how easy it is to order whatever is available outside of the subscription. Great service!

I’ve tried many meal delivery services and this is the best one by far. The food is delicious, deliveries on time and it’s the most sustainable. Not to mention it’s the most affordable considering they give you a credit for bag/ice pack returns.

Have been using Meels for the last 4 weeks. Great service - great product. Every week the menu changes which is amazing. Tasty food, and good calorie's. I am happy and will continue with meels.
