Incorrect billing and no refund

I no longer wanted the service and contacted Medvi to cancel my subscription on May 30th. I was told by a rep that the account was canceled. Much to my surprise, a new charge appeared on June 26th. When I contacted Medvi they indicated I should have received a text or email to cancel the account. (I still haven't, by the way.) I know I did not delete such a message accidentally and that they did not end up in my spam folder as I am on top of my email systems due to running a business. I am sure I did not receive such a message. Despite this, they refused to refund the charges. I have not had contact with them four more times going back and forth on seeking a refund. Each time the rep tells me they just canceled my account but I am not eligible for a refund. I was forced to dispute the charge on my credit card. I still do not know if they actually have canceled the subscription. Would not bother with this service ever again.

Care Coach Support

I'm always happy with the support, knowledge and helpful tips I receive from my Care Coaches. They offer encouragement and have provided helpful information and feedback whether I'm sharing progress or experiencing issues while taking my GLP1 meds. I'm truly satisfied with their professionalism and the positive attitudes they display during my appointments.

I would give them a minus especially…

I would give them a minus especially since I just received a notice that my first review has been taken down! The reason was - Your review contains advertising or promotional content, which isn’t allowed on Trustpilot. So we’ve taken your review offline. I did not advertise. I wrote about their deceptive business practices.
1. I requested a specific drug and dose.
2. After ordering and my credit card being charged I received a text and email asking what drug and dosage I had been taking. I responded immediately and heard anything back so I figured my order was on track to be what I requested.
3. The next morning I get an email from a "nurse" congratulating me on my prescription approval for the wrong drug and dosage. I immediately emailed her and told that is not what I requested and paid for. I also called customer service. CS rep told me that the charge to my cc wasn't in the system and that I would have to call back once the charge went through before she could refund my money.
3. I called back the next day once the charge went through to be told that once a prescription has been requested from a pharmacy they can't refund my money. However, if I'd like to pay more money they could "change" prescription and send it out.....
4. I made several attempts to resolve the problem and get refunded but continued to get the runaround.
5. I called my cc company and filed a complaint and gabe them all of the details. Low and behold my cc was refunded the next morning - no fighting the dispute at all. I own a business and know when someone wants a charge back on their card the company has the opportunity to dispute on their end also. It's seems apparent to me that Medvi knew they would not win the dispute due to shady practices.
5. Another note: they sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge.
I have no idea why they are rated so high. They are a horrible company.

Meetings make a difference

This journey can sometimes feel like you're all alone...but having a meeting once a month with a coach helps you feel seen and heard. You have a place to ask questions instead of relying on FB and getting 100 answers most of which make no sense. My coach is AMAZING!!

Scammers

Scammers! AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST! Tried ordering product, and was told I did not meet their criteria. Called within minutes to cancel my order, Meanwhile they shipped me something I did not want, and then told me I could not receive a refund because product had shipped.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I started with them a year ago and the first prescription was shorted a dose. I had to send a plethora of documentation to prove I was not being dishonest. It got much worse from that point on including double billing, not refunding my money for the double billing, and would not honor a cancellation.
