Very helpful

I came from B2B and kept hearing "we need someone with device experience". Medtech 360 helped me translate my sales wins into MedTech language and build a story hiring that hiring managers actually respect. the role plays made the interviews feel familiar instead of intimidating.

Breaking into the Industry

I always wanted to get into medical device, however only came across podcasts or social media of reps talking about what they’ve done, which honestly didn’t help me.

What I found unique about MedTech 360, is they have a ton of coaches who are actually hiring managers for a bunch of different companies and have provided not only what leadership is looking for, but also key exercises to develop the skills necessary to break in the industry.
