Order on the 26th February 2026 paid for 24hr tracked delivery,now the 4th march 2026 and still not received I messaged meds for less to raise the issue and have not had any response,now £35 out pocket and don't have medication I need ,today finally heard back after I submitted review the amazing customer service team have issues full refund ,and i will continue to use service in future

I’m really happy to say, my prescription did arrive today and although it was delayed, the delay was not the fault of meds and meds were really helpful in chasing Royal Mail and getting my prescription to me. Very grateful 🙏

Item ordered was in stock on website but I was then advised it was out of stock with supplier. I already knew there was an issue with supply of this medication having not had my prescription filled and being unable to find stock locally so wasn't surprised. However the communication from customer service was excellent, they offered an alternative which I accepted, they then sent this next day (I only replied in the evening after work) it was sent tracked 24 and delivered on time, they also immediately refunded the difference between the items ordered and item sent. I would definitely order from this company again.

Outstanding! Great customer service and extremely fast shipping I struggle to get out of house for my supplements and they have made it such an easy process cannot recommend enough I’ve dealt with several other companies but these are by far the best

No order confirmation or delivery details provided after purchase complete. Failed to deliver on time despite promise of 48 hour delivery at checkout. Had to prompt them twice during the day it was supposed to arrive before they even sent it out. Do they know they're selling medicines that people actually need? Terrible.

Edit: I contacted medsforless as they have requested, they gave me tracking information, the package still didn't arrive in the stated window, it has now been 4 days since I placed the order and there is no indication of when it will arrive.

I placed an order on 4th February Order #80327 for 24 hour delivery. I had no email confirming this and no tracking details, I have contacted you twice but no reply, and I still have no idea of the status of my order, or even if it's actually coming. Im extremely disappointed, hence the 1 star.

I have since upgraded my review from 1 to 3 stars, based on the apology and explanation I have received since my original review. I have now received my order, all be it, 4 days late, but I accept the reasons for this and I appreciate the apology and I'm sure that this isn't a regular thing, and I would use this service again and I accept that this mistake is not the norm

Easy to order from they ask a few questions but that's it I always order and pay for next day delivery and they come before one o'clock

No delivery,one item arrived then nothing, acting like clown being clever I want a refund and misfortune more ,dont deal with the poor firm

Ordering was simple fast shipping would definitely use again would highly recommend. They just need to sort there order confirmation email out as I never received one
