dates written is wrong

dates written is wrong, i informed them.
i need leave from 7th Nov 2024 to 15th feb 2025, but in report its written 7th Nov 2025 to 15th feb 2025.
I have informed before issue the certificates about dates, and when i recived i replied again on email
