First of all, the ordered product was not available anymore, due to some sort of warehouse problem. I only found out about this after contacting their support as I had not gotten a shipment confirmation.
I then was invited to select a different product from their store. Unfortunately the package got lost and never arrived at my doorstep. After a lengthy investigation with the several international shipment hanlding firms the package did eventually arrive.
One of the ordered items did not fit as expected and I wanted to return it - this had to be done via another external service and did not work.
Aftere contacting MediumTalls support again, I finally recieved a return shipment label.
After the retrun was processed by MediumTall I expected to recieve a discount code for their shop automatically. As I now expected it was not sent automatically but I had to contact their support again.
Now I wanted to use the code - but it is invalid.

I will not purchase again from this store as they do not care about proactive customer service and apperantly are not interested in offering a good customer experience.

First time costumer and ordered the tailored pants. 194 cm tall and finally a suit pant that fits great, absolutely perfect fit for me! Great to be able to see all the measurements at the size guide before ordering.
The fabric was lighter than expected but I see that as a great thing, so far still performs as high quality fabric.
Unfortunately I did have some problem with my pants when I first got it but after contact with their support via email I got a new pair offered and everything is as it should. I’m weary happy about the pants! Only problem now is that navy is the only color they have…

Finally the sizes I really need! Love it!

Broad line of nice clothes for men over 200 cm. Fast delivery, good quality and excellent fit. Chinos for my son who is 203 cm with perfect length (38).

Why 4 stars and not 5… I think the 60% discount is not fair .. the original price was never that high with the t shirts

They respond to emails fast, the orders go out fast and I just like it :) It is a little bit prizy but if it fits my husband then I am happy!

I had three orders, 2/3 went well.
with the third order, there were some issues and thge shop/customer service was overwhelmed. And the solution was more costs for me.
The clothing is good quality and comfy, but for some articles the colors are washed out fast.

unfortunately the shirts have itchy and enourmus tags. because of that I have to wear them inside out.

Would be a good if the oxford shirt had options for different collar sizes as well. For me its not fitting because of the collar size.

Perfect fit and great support! First time trying mediumtall, had to change size which worked perfect. Really recommend trying medium tall if you, as me, normally struggle to find clothes that fit.
