1 star because I had to give something . They prey on the weak and vulnerable at low points . I was told my partner cheated on me when we was together and at first (Heather )stated she worked in his profession then to it was someone in his sporting circle to then stating he went to the gym and then she worked at the gym to him just going to the gym to meet her 🤣 disgusting stay away !!!!!

I have given 1 star only based on the fact a star has to be submitted for the box to appear to write a review if the choice for not selecting a star was a choice there would not have been a star appointed. I advise no person to chose this service. Your questions you ask arent answered and are met with a question and followed by total BS about a future partner waiting in the wings. Followed by more ignoring of your questions and still talk of future relationships not everyone is interested in romantic relationship the most important relationships are not romantic. Following this behaviour then finalised by horrible attitude. Avoid jenna at all costs avoid the site personally total con artists.

Absolute horror! Agree with all the previous experiences mentioned here about non-stop prompting and asking more questions rather than answering yours repetitively....up to the point of disrespect. Customer services never reveal their name and do not refund you or compensate you in any way, they are shameless, rude, and impolite and actually don't mind if you have decided to delete your account! Where is the mechanism to file an official complaint against a fraud psychic company?

Scam.. total frauds! I received the exact same messages word for word from multiple advisors. I agree with others on here they ask a lot of leading questions and will draw out the conversation to make more money whenever possible. They will flip flop within your conversation based on what you tell them. It's a total joke. Wish I could get all my money back

I have to agree with the rest of the people in the comments.I used them 3-4 times after paying so much money,but their readings r very general & they keep prompting u with questions,without giving u the answer to ur questions.Its all about how they’ll make money & their reading r so vague & general.ill use the remaining if my credits & that’s it.Total scum

Wow. These people are total FRAUDS. I had a precise question for one of the " mediums on there, that involved my health and a legal matter. He replied to me saying a totally unrelated thing that had to do with love. I replied to him, " love? I have no issues in my love life( happily married)" did he actually even read my questions? He replied "now I understand you better". Then he asked me to think of a number. And wanted to drag the conversation by asking questions to get more money. What sorts of scam artists are these? Signed up looking for a medium after my fiance died...got loads of messages about positive energy and money coming my way total scam artists

Wish I’d read the reviews about Mediumastro before spending over £100. When I asked a question it would be answered with another question. All they do is probe. Different readers seemed to know my business. I’m sure they’re sharing details. Don’t waste your money.

Spoke to 2 different psychics about my personal life and I felt even more upset once they responded to me. So rude and disrespectful. Asking me questions, so harsh. Won't be getting any more money out of me that's for sure. Deleted!!!

So wish I had read reviews before spending £200+ in my hour of desperate need. Askingbprompting questions, given no answers/ readings .. the same questions from six different people and feeding off information you give. This website is an absolute disgrace and should be taken to task and banned. These people are preying on those who are suffering grief and looking for spiritual guidance. SHAME ON YOU

I had a really bad experience with this site unfortunately..
Absolutely hopeless.. say seem to say anything that comes into their heads ??
Be warned! Some of them were also rude, judgemental and offered such terrible advice that it made me feel far far worse, despite just suddenly losing people close to me. More than one ‘psychic’ made a massive mistake and talked about the wrong person! Which is unbelievable… and an awful shock when you are grieving… and struggling to process things anyway.
There are no ethics here, please be so careful!
I even received a rude message from a ‘psychic’ after I had asked her not to contact me …
I can honestly say I felt far, far worse after speaking with the ‘psychics’ in this ‘company’

It is definitely a scam company. They all tell you the same generalized predictions. Nothing concrete and specific to your situation. Do not use. Try keen psychics. Many are very good.

Thought I’d try the free credits out so signed up… all a money making scam, they give you a generalised ‘reading’ and then keep prompting you constantly to reply which then costs you money, you have to buy credits… this sort of site should be banned, absolutely disgusting!

Not a good experience. None of them could answer my simple yes or no question. Just kept asking more and more questions. Wish I had read the reviews instead of wasting £28. Just using the same script.

Well I should have done my homework reading reviews. Just lost £14.00 of my money with Lily. She had no idea. It's a shame these scammers and con artist prey on people in their time of need. DISGRACEFUL!

Absolute con. Due to the loss of a loved one I fell into this trap. Please do not repeat my mistake. You buy a certain amount of " readings " and if you are vulnerable, before you know it you have spent 150-200£.
NONE of these people are genuine, they have absolutely no reading abilities. There was a point when I had 10 so called " clairvoyants" contacting me a day , all with different names and pictures, none of them with any abilities apart from stringing you along. They might be one and the same person. Avoid, it will save you lots of money. Speak to your family and friends / a professional about your loss.

The 'people' on the other side are like bots, and ask more questions to keep you on the 'chat' (it's not a chat, it's like e-mailing, they take ages to get back to you & you're charged 5 credits per message).

Random sales messages like this:

from 'Mary & John': We saw a vision of you last night. You were walking in a hallway and at the end were three doors... We feel there is something behind one of those doors for you. Each door was a different colour so we would like to ask you - which of these colours do you prefer: Blue, Yellow or Green? We feel with this we can find out more for you.

It's all a lie. Then when you contact 'Debra' asking for a refund, she said :

Unfortunately, as stated in the terms and conditions, we are unable to refund purchases that have been spent, only credit that hasn't. We are able to gift you credits (which we have) but that is it.

Had I seen more comments on people's experiences I wouldn't have bothered. It's bull.
