I started reading on MeditateJoy during a rough phase in my life. The guided practices available here felt so comforting.

Work stress is high as it's peak season for my company. I took a subscription for reading sessions from the e-books available on this website. Honestly, the guides help me relax without having to read long content.

Most of the time, I struggle to calm my anxiety, but the detailed content on the ebooks available at MeditateJoy helped me learn ways to calm myself. I mostly read from this website at night. Now I get anxious less than I used to. This website is quite helpful for anxious people like me.

Buyer beware! While conducting a totally different transaction, suddenly there was a pop-up for this company and before I knew it I had been tricked into a monthly subscription. Once I realized what had happened I immediately unsubscribed and requested a refund. But instead I received a response showing all the things I had agreed to in just a matter of seconds of the transaction. I have requested a refund multiple times but to date no refund.

Meditate Joy uses devious and unrequested pop-ups to commit fraud. While searching for something else entirely, Meditate Joy pop-ups occur while trying to use Apple Pay for an entirely different product from another app. The pop-ups are designed to confuse the user.
Trying to get rid of the pop-up, you unintentionally activate it and your account is charged a subscription fee for something you never desired or requested. When the charges appeared on our bank account, we requested a cancellation of their unwanted service and a refund. Instead of a refund, they sent out a bunch of legalese claiming that we looked at their policy document and approved it to make the purchase. This never happened. Meditate Joy is committing fraud. Be careful.

I enjoyed most of the courses. Just wish they had more available, for now I unsubscribed until there is more content available.

I got this subscription unknowingly but when I contacted the customer support my issue was resolved quickly and they communicated with me via email in a timely manner, and have confirmed my refund has been processed.

I have been charged for two months subscription I have never signed up to this subscription. I have no idea how they have got hold of my email address or account details. I have tried to contact them via email and phone.
I hope they have some integrity and return my payments. I am still waiting.

I did not sign up on purpose and I don't even know how and when I had signed up and got charged for a few months now until I have realised it and I don't know if I will be refunded at all. My credit card company told me if I do not right away cancel it then is binding. I don't have any sign in credentials. I don't have any confirmation email I had signed up. I think it is scam. @Meditatejoy if you are not a scam then please reimburse my falsely charged fees as you can see I have not even once signed in as I did not know I signed up and therefore never received your services nor did I intend too. The communication is also slow and as I have provided now my credit card number because there is nothing else from me in your system you can't find me. As the mail address that I am usually using to sign up was not found in the system which makes sense or my name, because I did not sign up at all on purpose.

I didnt mean to sign up on meditate joy, i signed up on an AD by accident and it my apple pay, unknowingly accepted it. It started with a 0.01€ and then every month i got charged 49€.
I tried to contact it but i couldnt, but turned out i used the wrong email. As soon as i contacted the right email & number, everything got solved within 2 days smoothly and im now getting a full refund in the next few days, so really good costumer service!! Thank uu!!

If i could give it a ‘o’ star I would. I did not sign up for this subscription, accidentally clicked on an advertising banner for something completely unrelated and thought I was signing up for that. Cancelled subscription of £49 per month but charged £49 even though I have clearly not used this service and it was purchased in error. Absolute joke !
