Nothing was available in English and translation software was deployed. What about international customers? This area is completely ignored. It was extremely difficult to progress.

Thank you for your email. We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our web shop.
We only sell products to customers in Denmark, and as a result, we have prioritized Danish as the only language.
We are currently developing a new webshop that will support language selection, however, this service is not available for our current webshop.
But we do very much appreciate your feedback, and we will examine how we can develop the site in order to support the needs of our international customers.
Until our new webshop is ready, I can recommend that our international customers use Google Translate to translate the webshop.
