Our Key Account Manager, Luke Hess, has been a pleasure to deal with. Luke has efficiently streamlined our ordering processes by price checking our regularly ordered products and adding these to a personalised area of the website, meaning we now only need to use MediP as our supplier, without shopping around. Luke is responsive and has provided an excellent level of customer service so far meaning no orders have been delayed during the price checking process.
