Accolade Templar Sword
Hello,
I am very disappointed about them.
First I had ordered 3 swords and they shipped them hard but finally I have them.
I ordered a Windlass Accolade Templar on 05.05.2020 and not even now it is not shipped and they do not answer anymore altough the answering machine announced me that I get soon an answer.
First they said that Windlass is the problem due to Covid-19. I waited for 3months, after that they said that the sword is shipped but I give a wrong address.
I asked their courier-Seur/DPD and they send address from the package which was the Medievalfactory store from Spain .They said that I must pay another ammount for transport because I give a different address (remember that is my second order) . Funny? Not for me!
I am writing almost daily to give my money back or to send my sword even if I must pay the transport at destination... They had erased my account!
What about that?
