Hello, I would like to talk about my personal experience with medicef life. I came to them on the recommendation of a friend and the truth is that I will be grateful all my life. I had always wanted to take this step, but there was always a setback, plus the fear of certain comments I had heard. The truth is that from the first day I contacted Javier, my medical advisor, he gave me so much confidence that at that moment I said it was time. I felt like it was the right place just by listening to Javier, so I got down to work and organized my trip to Turkey for the next two months and that's how it was, the day arrived and everything was as it was. They help you with everything, from helping you find the best flight to helping you with the check-in. If it's not too busy, I did it, but if you need help, they will do it for you. They take care of you at all times, from your arrival, everything is as organized as you can imagine, the reception from your advisor, the translator, a wonderful girl, you feel at home in the clinic, from the cleaning staff, the nursing staff, the medical team, everyone is 100% with you 24/7. HR takes care of every detail and that's worth gold to me. It's been wonderful. Today I'm back home after my surgery, it's been 5 days and I invite anyone who needs it to live this experience. If you've heard the story, please always look for recommendations. It's a matter of knowing what you're getting into. From day one, when I spoke with Javier, I knew it was the right clinic and the right team. I hope the nurses never change. How attentive they are, they're 10 out of 10.

Very professional staff, excellent behaviour with me and the other patients, they have very quick response, which give an indication that they care about the customers satisfaction, unfortunately while i was reading the reviews, i found that ( Angel Casanova) wrote many bad things about them, the truth is i was there and i can guarantee that they served him in a very nice way and he was very satisfied, but he was aiming for other things, i paid for services and they really gave me many other things free of charge with a very high quality.

I have a question to him, if these people are giving you all these services, why do you keep opening other accounts and posting bad reviews here and in other platforms. 🤔

İ had my teeth done 2 months ago. Very professional staff and doctors, i had someone with me the whole time so i knew exactly what was happening and when it was going to happen. The information on after treatment was very clear and was always informed that any help/questions would be answered over the phone if I had any concerns, overall a really nice place and a very enjoyable experience :)
