Marilyn was absolutely the best

Marilyn was absolutely the best. Very patient and concise with the process... although it took a long time, she did bring a sense of ease to the process. Punky also was very thorough in her explanation of coverage and summary of what Marilyn provided. I thank you again for your extreme professionalism in handling my insurance advantage coverage needs.

Aweful insurance do to lack of providers.

I can only be seen by urologist surgeon two hours away with this aweful insurance. As soon as open enrollment is here, ill be dropping it asap!! Its the worst!

I get so tired of these people calling…

I get so tired of these people calling me! They say they put me on the do not call list but they still call! I block every number they call on and there is always a different one they use! PLEASE STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They will hold your hand

I knew I needed insurance but had no idea how to navigate the system. I saw the email. I made the
call, the anxiety lifted, and I have health insurance!

6 months ago I told them to cancel my…

6 months ago I told them to cancel my membership yet they keep sending me mail. I consider this as harassment. If it doesn't
stop I will be forced to file a complaint with the attorney general.
