I had a very disappointing experience with this software house. I hired them for website development, SEO, and social media services. Our agreement was that they would first complete and launch the website, and afterward, we would proceed with the SEO and social media contract.
They charged PKR 85,000 for website development with a promised timeline of 15 days, but unfortunately, the project took almost 3 months to complete. Throughout this period, their communication was extremely poor — they never reached out on their own to provide updates, and I had to constantly follow up to get any progress information.
Even after the website was finally completed, they failed to properly connect the company’s professional email address to the contact form. Instead, they suggested using a Gmail address, which was completely unprofessional for a business website.
Overall, the entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to think twice before working with this company, as they do not deliver on time, lack proper communication, and fail to maintain basic professionalism in their services.
