We never got the code for the online course. We wrote several mails and got nothing back. There’s no number to call so no way to actually pressure them to deliver what we paid for. Scam.

best customer support over the phone and in person. They have a variety of CPAP machines and accessories and offer competitive prices. World class service, would definitely buy from them again!

I needed to pick up some CPAP supplies. Their website had exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I place my order online and was met at the New Brighton location to pick up the items on my schedule. I am definitely ordering from them again in the future.

I purchased a CPAP mask virtually. I started with a phone consultation with Hassan and completed the purchase on Medguru's website. The mask was personally delivered to my home later that day. Outstanding service and reasonable prices. It's nice to buy local when such a good CPAP supplier is available in the Twin Cities. I will use Medguru again for my CPAP needs.

I had ordered a part for my Cpap machine and stated I would pick it up, I did not realize I needed an appointment so when I got to the store front no one was there. I called and I spoke with Hassan who was super friendly and agreed to meet me 30 minutes later. Hassan went above and beyond to help me with what I needed, he was able to find the part for me. I wish more places of business were like this one. THANK YOU Hassan for your help it was appreciated.

With the current situation with backordered Cpap machines and unfortunately the availability of new units, MedGuru was able to provide a like-new, fully refurbished unit the same week of my order. This was after 3 months of waiting for a new unit through another company. I received exactly what was advertised and even with a small glitch in the ordering process, which was simply my email address not carrying through so order processing notifications could be made, I was able to connect with MedGuru to confirm everything was moving forward. I highly recommend MedGuru for your Cpap needs.

It appears you wait until a bunch of shipments are ready for pickup by a carrier before one is called. This causes undo stress on the first orders. Please adjust your process to suite all.

Bought my wife a DreamWorks cpap. The machine is quiet can't even hear its on. So far it is working great helping my wife with her sleep apnea . This company is great at making sure the product is a good product and to make sure it arrives in a timely manner.

They are fast and honest. Even in the middle of the foamgate crisis they sold me my new cpap machine without price gouging and got it to me quickly
