From the very first day, Mark demonstrated a deep knowledge of the subject and an exceptional ability to teach with clarity and patience. He created a comfortable learning environment where every question was welcomed, and every student felt supported. His approach to hands-on training, step-by-step guidance, and real-world examples made the material not only understandable but truly engaging.

Brilliant company
It was nice to talk to someone rather than a automated message. The lady i spoke to Olga was absolutely awesome, she done over her duties to help me with the situation i was in,
I would give more stars if possible, will definitely go with them again very good indeed.

They have completely failed in getting my medical records for my shotgun renewal , they do not answer the phone or respond to emails, be warned

The application was easy & straight forward to fill in & the price was very competitive . Application was made 18/03/2025 & report arrived 14/04/2025. Excellent service. The 2nd time i have used Medcert & would definitely recommend any body requiring a medical.

Mark was great!! He had all the answers for the course itself and answers for my state specifically. He really made the process easy. He didn't call a million times his communication was great!! Thank Mark for everything

I was speaking with Mark, he was very helpful and made the registration process very easy and digestible to understand. He was super friendly and kind hearted.

Terrible company, please avoid them. After waiting four months, they finally supplied a partial set of medical records that the police would not accept. They do not provide updates and are impossible to contact.
