MedalMad is amazing. Of all the running / walking medal apps it is the easiest to use and syncs to your Strava with no issues (or you can manually input if you prefer). I have completed various challenges and it helps keep me on track and accountable. I have felt so inspired from completing several of the smaller challenges that I have now taken on one of the major challenges and am currently doing a virtual Route 66. I would encourage anyone considering to give it a go.

Absolutely brilliant company. Excellent motivation, extremely high quality medals and good app interface. I do these continuously throughout the year. I have always received my medal within a week of finishing the challenge

This company has literally helped me to get out of bed each day having goals to work towards that can be as challenging as you want for yourself.
It has been a tough year physically and they have been so understanding with extending my time limit, this has been instrumental in helping me each and every day.
You couldn't ask for a better support system. Thank you!

I have been using the MedalMad challenges for a while now. I’ve been so motivated to keep up my exercise regimen. I’ve earned nine medals so far. I love them. They are beautiful. I love the quality. They have a nice weight to them. The ribbons are also very pretty. I’m really happy I found MedalMad.

Just started a challenge and really enjoying the motivation. Would love more fairytale medals, more sparkle.

Reliance on AI art, and completely broken support features.

This company pretends to have these beautiful medals, and you think "this is a great motivation and I'll get a little piece of physical art to celebrate." - but they use terrible AI in their COMPANY banner artwork in their emails. It makes me wonder if they steal all of their other art as well.

When I emailed them about it, to hopefully change their ways, the email I got back said that the address was not monitored, so to use their "Support" tool instead. That link [edit: in the email sent to me today] took me to a broken page on the website [not in an app], where nothing was clickable, so I couldn't submit any reports.

In short, Medal Mad don't pay artists for their own company artwork - what makes you think they care about the artists for their medals? Or that they'll care about you as a consumer?

[As evidence of them not caring about customers, I'd like to point out that Medal Mad used their reply to admonish me for not running for 4 years. For info, I hsd knee surgery, and my PT advised strength training for a long while instead, and I fell off running. Like many, in the New Year, I'm hoping to get back into running. But have been firmly put in my place, right? Thanks, Medal Mad, for proving that you don't care about artists OR customers.]

The quality of the medals is amazing! I have completed a few challenges then had a short amount of time out, I really missed the motivation and community! Just ordered my next challenge! The customer service has been amazing. At the beginning I had questions and the response was always timely. The community page is excellent and having the upgrades on the app to have a wish list and search easier is great! Always moving forward. Thank you for keeping me moving!

I like the medal I received and am looking forward to my next. There was an issue with shipping and I reached out and was sent an email saying my order was shipped, so it looks like they'll be sending me a replacement. So far I have enjoyed working with this company

I recently joined and I look forward to logging in my miles every day!! I’m a checklist kind of gal and I get a lot of satisfaction in seeing that I’m one step closer (no pun intended) to my goal!! I separate different challenges based on the equipment I’m using - 5K’s and 10K’s I usually do on the treadmill and the long challenges (100 miles+) I do on the elliptical because of my knees. I love that I can break it up how I need to, but this gives me a lot of motivation to keep going!! Still new to this, but enjoying it!

I came to MedalMad during the pandemic when it was difficult to get motivated to exercise; as a lady not in the first flush of youth, not entirely steady on my feet, it was a godsend! I love the way that no-one hassles one in any way and that they have continued to make their site more user-friendly. The medals are of excellent quality and are sent out quickly. I will continue to use MedalMad as long as I can walk - at the moment, I am 70+ miles into a 250 mile challenge, but will also complete an Easter 5 km challenge for the very pretty medal. Keep up the good work MedalMad!

Really fun and motivational way to get moving. The challenges are wide and varied so just can push yourself as much or as little as you like. The medals are fantastic quality and arrive quickly and well packaged. The app itself is a little slow but it's no big issue. When it comes to customer support I have found it fantastic. There an issue with some nasty comments being left on posts by a member (unfortunately trolls are everywhere) and the support team were quick to take action making it a safe community where people support each other's goals big or small

I’ve been doing these challenge's since January ‘24 a NYR to get more active and I can say I just love the app. The virtual challenges have given me lots of motivation to get active, easily syncs to Strava so when you log your activities it is very simple, it also has the option to manual add your distances etc and of course the medals are just beautiful!
I’ve always had a fast response from customer service when needed.

I would highly recommend MedalMad, with so many virtual challenges there will be something to suit everyone’s personal fitness levels.

Been using them for years

I joined MedalMad last year to help lose weight after my second baby and to help with my mental health. I love the different types of challenges available, with so many simple challenges to ease you back into gentle exercise. Relieved that they are able to continue to deliver to the EU at reasonable prices and without custom fees. Incredibly friendly and supportive customer service, quick to respond if you have any questions or issues.

This is a scam company. Their app doesn't work, there is no customer support unless you publicly criticize them, then they ban you and keep your money.

Engraving was done incorrectly on a medal. It reads "100 miles" after 15 km. The "100 miles" shouldn't be there at all as the medal is for running 15km. Zero common sense from the engraver and no communication to clarify during the procees if they were unsure.

Fun way to get an achievement from your runs.
