Unit received very late due to QC concerns.

Ordered metal unit. Was not made clear button replacement would leave buttons rattling in the housing. Specs of metal unit not clear (weight)

I bought the Trimui Smart Pro with surwish 256 gb memory card. Shipping speed was quite good as well considering I ordered from Bangladesh.The product arrived in perfect condition and overall experience with the trimui smart pro has been alright as well. The shop is very very authentic and their support team is very good as well. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking to buy a retro handheld.

Amazing products and customer service. They are also so helpful and timely with any issues regarding the products and customized SD cards. I ordered a customized SD card for the Trimui Brick and it got lost in the mail. I contacted them via email and they responded with hours. They sent me another SD card out which I received within 10 days and it works great. This company is so reliable and the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them and their products.

Great software, ordered a couple of times, had a small issue with delivery which was not the companies fault , had quick responses and once time has passed a little they sent a replacement card by priority mail.

I was a hassle of a customer requesting multiple changes after already getting my request for an extra item since i forgot my coupon code and they not only made the changes but but i changes it again to a Pikachu theme they came through and i was really concerned. They answered all my questions and were very respectful im so impressed with the final product i had a custom metal miyoo mini v4. Im in love and if they launch a miyoo mini flip metal ill get that too! 😆😁😀👍💖😎 Shipping was a bit slow but its from China and prices were reasonable for a from scratch product!

The delivery took a while to arrive due to the courier chosen by their logistics provider, which they couldn't control. Despite the delay, they kept me updated, which I appreciated but I hope they can request their logistics team to avoid using Aramex in the future—they were a disaster!

Great seller, great service! I bought a GKD GAME KIDDY Bubble that never arrived because it was lost by the courier. The mechdiy service immediately remedied this by sending another one which arrived very quickly than expected.
