Amazing site.
13 orders by the time of writing and havent had any issues, the online staff is great to talk to and incredibly informative and helpful.
I've only had a problem once where they accidentally swapped one of the items in my order and they just issued me a full refund for said item.
Their point system is also great and changes every month so you always have something to look for if you're a repeating customer.

Would advocate for this store and I will continue supporting them.

I've spent over 1200 over the course of 7+ orders on Mechauniverse, and have never had any issues. The prices are actually better than most of my local shops here in Germany, and the shipping prices are very reasonable.

The package was sent a few hours after order, I live 1.600 km away from Spain but I still get delivered in 3 workdays. This is my second order at Mechauniverse and it is still as great as the first time. They have the lowest prices (battling with O-Gundam) and even have some little gifts with a point system.
The only negative points I experienced, the boxes are a little dirty and they are sometimes missing the plastic strips around the boxes

Super fast delivery for me (ordered on Sunday, delivered on Friday, within EU), prices are good, nice goodies 😉 and actually have stock on some items I’ve been looking for for months.

Can absolutely recommend!

This website has some of the best prices around and with very decent shipping fees! Although I really recommend UPS, even though it costs a little more it is way more worth it and SUPER fast, I had constant updates and knew exactly what to expect. Fabulous website. (oh and I do agree that the surcharge for PayPal is a bit wack)

Good store with some hard-to-find selection of tools from Madworks (it was the only store I could find that supplied them in the EU). I am not the biggest fan of PayPal surcharge but the purchase and delivery process was very fast and transparent from day 0 to the day of delivery.
