Lost 75 euro!

I have orderd ego mower with shipping to poland with no prroblem or any information that it could be problematic.
Unfortunately after payment I have received mail with order cancelation and information that ego products can't be shipped abroad.
The problem is, that after payment return I have lost about 75 euro on transaction and shop don't have any problem with it even that they had make mistake by letting orders with payments that they know they can't fulfill...
