I've been lucky enough to work with Mandy Steadman for the last 18 months when dealing with claims and organising authorisations with MEC medical.

Mandy is always very quick to respond, and answers her phone whenever I try to reach her on direct dial to ensure that my needs are met, and she goes above and beyond.

It's a pleasure to work with her, and she makes my life a lot easier when I need to raise a claim or get insurance covered with different consultants, and organising diagnostics.

Fiona at MEC is absolutely amazing - super efficient, really organised and really reassuring to talk to. She has been really helpful in guiding me through the process of scheduling appointments, etc. She's also just lovely to talk to and really excellent at her job so every time I need to make a call, if she's the one on the phone I know I'm in good hands.
