Saw a great offer late sunday pm
Saw a great offer late sunday pm , mailed meat supermarket to see if they could add it to my existing order -response positive. Had a reply monday early am saying OK. Unfortunately it had vanished from the site so I mailed back asking where it was .Laura mailed back saying the offer was closed , but she would honour the offer. Extra invoice received and paid within 1 hour. What FANTASTIC service to add to the excellent meat !!!!¬!!!¬

Delivery was a day late , but exelaint value for money steaks cut to how we like them and got 23 which work out at £2.30 for the sirloin and £3.12 for the fillet

Not The Best Quality
The sirloin steaks I received we're much smaller than I was anticipating. The kilo of chicken breast received absolutely stank, and were binned.
Will I buy again after this; it's not likely.

All of our products are freshly cut and packed before dispatch. With vacuum-sealed meat, particularly chicken, there can sometimes be a natural smell when the packaging is first opened, which should dissipate once the product has been aired for a short time. That said, we do take any concerns around product quality seriously.
The sirloin steaks should also have been supplied within the specified weight range, so we would be happy to review this further for you.

Food packaging was all broken, chicken breasts were mixed in juice with steaks, it looked disgusting when I opened it. Wasn't cold at all either, definitely not right way transport meat.

DPD issue resolved by great customer service
Unfortunately my delivery did not make it due to an issue with the courier service. However, when i got in touch with the customer support team, they were super helpful and offered a full refund or replacement of goods. I will 100% be ordering again due to the value of the meats and the great service.
