Meat is too fatty
This Iberian pork belly was advised as : a little fattier than usual poke belly." as it turn it up , too fatty , I would say 90% fat with 10% lean meat. Do not know what to do with this chunk of fat now.

Speedy Delivery
Meat arrived v promptly on date requested. Well packaged, well frozen, with loads of ice packs and nice (reusable) wool insulation. Still to actually cook and eat the meat but it looks good.

Beware Poor Delivery Service From APC
The item was well packaged and delivered on the day they said. my only gripe is this was fresh meat and the delivery company dumped it on my neighbours front porch in the full sun (who were not in)
