Arrived promptly and works as described, solid quality and decent performance; customer service was helpful.

I had not received the 3 "Life Planners" I ordered for 5 weeks after ordering them. I tracked them, per company instructions, but nothing was ever delivered. When contacted, Meanwhiley said the package had been delivered and signed for, at my address. this was not the case. After several emails back and forth, they said it was my responsibility to contract the carrier to see what happened. I'm out over $150. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Ordered End of Life Planner on March 5. Still haven’t received. Made three email inquiries via their customer support link. All replies state item is in transit with no changes shown on tracking for two weeks. Requested refund. So far, no reply to refund request.

Got this on a deal and pleasantly surprised by its solid quality and decent functionality; definitely meets my expectations.

Ordered the end of life planner. Took over 2 months to be shipped, never arrived. Despite having purchased shipping insurance they refuse to resend the items saying it was delivered. It was never delivered. Found the same items on Amazon and ordered from there. Also much cheaper on Temu. Wish I would have read the 1 star reviews here first, hope this helps people make a better choice.

I ordered two end of life planning notebooks. They took a full 30 days to be received, and when they arrived they were photocopied, not originally printed material.

Merch was never delivered. Provided proof that the time they claimed delivery was made showed no activity at my door. They did nothing. I lost my money. Don't bother.

Took more than 6 weeks for a delivery notice. However, I never received what I ordered and the company will not help at all!

Can't give any less than one Star. I've waited just about two months for my book. There has been no update on the shipping page for 11 days. I've asked for a refund but have not gotten it yet. Never order from them they are a scam.

The article I bought (end of life planner) looked pretty good in pictures, but is of extremely poor quality, and barely usable. The paper is so flimsy that you can read through it. Forget writing in it as you'll ruin the backside of the page. Of course, customer service will, after raising all sorts of unreasonable challenges to even consider, decide there's nothing they can do apart from a $2 gesture. Do not fall for this scam.

Total fraud. Ordered two months ago. Almost daily for past two weeks they claimed it was “ almost here” then the day I filed a PayPal complaint they changed their fake tracking website to say it was delivered weeks ago

We ordered items through PayPal and within minutes canceled the order. PayPal directed us to go to the company first. We did and received emails stating everyone was on vacation and get back to them in a week. Then the items were delivered! *Then* we got an email saying the items were already shipped. We did not open the items but emailed again saying we did not want the product, please refund. Now we're receiving emails asking us to reconsider, what don't we like about the product etc. It all seems like stalling tactics, so we just give up? Next step is back to a formal process through PayPal.

Ordered a set of hand warmers on 11/29/24 from Meanwhiley. Soon noticed the receipt total and total charged to my credit card didn't match. Contacted them by email about the discrepancy and they said we'd be refunded the difference "in a few days." That was over a month ago and I still haven't seen the refund. We finally received our shipment in mid January, but the tracking information seemed fishy. I would not order from them again!

The book had several pages loose, it was obvious that the binder had not caught them up, I politely requested a replacement and sent a photo of the loose pages. I received their answer stating I did this. I replied and requested they have another look, it was obvious the pages weren't torn from the spiral spine. They offered 2 USD refund to save me sending the book back as it was very expensive to do so. It wasn't worth my time to send another email back, I'm disgusted.

Dodgy company. Bought products 24/12/2024. Have never received product or tracking number. Get no response from company other than wait for delivery company. It's now 11/02/2025

Take your money but don’t deliver! Just a scam!

Waste of time dealing with this company. Even after emails from them stating they were expediting my delivery on my item. From now on I will check first if the item I'm purchasing is -coming from the US and is -already here- in this country.- This is all one sided...they already have MY MONEY. Time to contact the Federal Trade Commision and my charge card company for a refund. I'm tired of playing games.

Charge me US money not Australian, I wanted a refund and wont give me their address or reply, they offered only me $6 back on PayPal as I put in a complaint after i paid $55US for a book you can get on Temu for $6 australia, big difference! This company is a one way dealer pay money then never see them again, beware buyers! I would prefer not even giving them that one star, none is better.

Price quoted in USD, but I thought it was in AUD. I had no idea. Ended up with a paid invoice for US$52 for 4 books, which are very poor quality.
No info on delivery for 2 weeks.
Contact with meanwhiley resulted in a tracking link being sent, which didn't work.
I escalated it to PayPal. My invoice had said I paid US$52, but PayPal paid them US$65!
My account was skimmed, and when I told meanwhiley this through PayPal disputes, meanwhiley told me this was a processing error and to let them know IF I want the overpayment back. Really? Of course I do! I shouldn't have to ask for my money back. They stole it from my account.
Horrendous. Don't do it.
Their rubbish product ended up being delivered. No recourse now through PayPal who have closed the case, without resolution even about the 'overpayment'... ie the amount skimmed from my account.
The latest scams give us product, dodgy though it is, and this is harder to fight.
If I had seen this book in a shop, would I have paid that much? No way!
AVOID.
